Rooms were small, hi-tel premise not properly cleaned. Kitchen was dirty. Staff not professional. Extra mattress was very hard. They charged 400 inr extra for changing room.

Property not recommended for family. Very unhygienic conditions of washroom Rooms maintainace is required and also the Amenities mentioned is not fulfilled. outside noise will come to rooms as it's on road.

I don’t know where to start from. The services were pathetic. Lift was not working properly. We had to call every then and now for AC, TV, Water supply and even lights. The rooms are way too small. The staff was not professional. The price of room was not justifying the services. nothing was complimentary. Not even water. No washroom kits were there. Even for cleaning we had to tell them, they didn’t do it on their own. Overall, their quality has degraded with time. Not recommended.

Property is very old and we booked good room but when time of checking theg offer us dirty and very small room jn which you even can't stand. We booked with breakfast but we didn't have as kitchen also found dirt and have insect on bed. Please don't book this hotel. I stayed with wife and 2 kids.

Basic requirement of any hotel is clean water they don’t have that, in water small small bacteria was there and lots of dust. After completing 2 times issue was not resolved.

Worst experience geyser not working limit on breakfast that you cannot take more than one paratha one person as complementary i am sure my has to review as value stay don’t advise anyone to stay here worst experience
