The Property Owner Is Too Much Coperative my Spouse Health was Not Good So he Let Ys Allowed to Stay For A few More Hours without any additional Charges .. Guest House and Very Good and very Near Mahakal temple and Other Tourist Spots.. Rooms are Clean and Comfortable.. Good To Stay With The Family

We booked a room for 5 persons but we reached 5 hrs late and stayed only for 3 hrs and our check out time was after two hrs and our room was given to another party. But they gave us two rooms and extended up to 3 hours without any charge. The person available on the phone was very nice. The location is very good.

the property is nicely placed very close to Shipra river , and temple , staff is courteous and responsive , especially Mr Pavan was very helpful and give prompt assistance at any time of the day which was good , no restaurant at the guest house so plan for the food accordingly

The location is good the experience was also nice the behaviour of the staff is also nice the room is fine ..a lot but smaller as think ..but ya ..good thing .. Hospitality is good & everything is nice Don't feel bad while choosing this stay Overall satisfied with stay 😄

I have booked a deluxe family room with 3 beds for 2 days. Experience is below. 1.Budget room with AC. 2.Have to order food from outside, i have used swiggy food delivery. 3.Around 1.7km from railway station & 1km from Mahakaleswar temple. 4.bedsheet & toilets hygiene is not that great. Toilet has continuous gas or smell. More ventilation is required. 5.Staff is helpful 6.local mode of transport is Auto. Average guest house. Dedicated parking is not available. Vehicle to be parked on road which is tricky. It is worth as per nominal room rate.

Lack of cleanliness in the room and especially the toilet. Location was convenient and Service was not bad.

The property is in a very narrow lane. The rooms are very small and there is no window.Washroom has very space left for bath. Wash basin is just of the size of small mug. No service provided. Water also they have provided after going to him on the counter. I will not prefer again.

The property is in a narrow gully inside market area. It doesn't have parking space or food service. There were two beds- one king size and another single. Sleeping on the single felt like sleeping on the floor without any cushion. In the bathroom- the water supply was dirty all throughout, the toilet sheet was broken, the dustbin was filled with garbage from previous guests. Overall it was a horrible experience. The experience I got was like shabby oyo properties. Ujjain has ample property options and I felt regretful in booking this pallav guest house in advance.
