Staff was helpful, ready to to provide Tea at 5am also. Decent room quality and cleanliness. Stayed in family room so good spacious rooms. Parking space of 4 cars only indide boundary. Rest cars parked outside. Good location on Indore Ujjain road.

Breakfast was bad, hotel charged for plates only when they don’t serve lunch and dinner. When we order it from outside then we were charged 45 Rs for plates

Location was good but rooms were average. They even switched off the ac in the early morning.

It is not a luxury hotel but it has all the good things. Rooms were clean, hospitality is good and although the buffet was not elaborated, but all the provided things were good in taste. Good family hotel

Rooms are ok but washroom is too small and messy. Breakfast is pathetic. Average taste with very limited options. Overall not value for money.

It was my second time staying at the hotel. The stay was good and as per my expectations. Breakfast service quality can be improved a bit.

the hotel is conveniently located about 2 km from mahakaleshwar temple, with auto rickshaws readily available outside the hotel. the fare to the temple and corridor is approximately ₹100. regarding my stay, it was an average experience. the hotel staff was friendly and helpful, but there were some drawbacks. the car parking space was extremely limited, forcing me to park on the dusty service road. the room was clean, but unfortunately, it had some unwanted guests - cockroaches and mosquitoes. the breakfast spread was average, lacking freshness and flavor. it was just a notch above ordinary. i ordered tea several times, and while it was served promptly, it was consistently lukewarm despite my requests for hot tea. this was disappointing, especially considering the staff's awareness of my preference.. where is my review?

Check in not done, there is not clear policy. There is not specific creteia or document required for unmarried couple. A per indian constitution, a women is not forced to change the name of her father or mother in her id proff. And hotel embesy is not clear mentioned to come with marriage certificate. The is the fault of service

It was a great experience at the hotel staff was really great and helpful, they helped me finding good places to enjoy evening in ujjain overall great experience
