The room was spacious but didn't seem like it was properly cleaned. The sheets felt clean but the floor was dusty and there was mold in the bathroom. The staff was very nice. BUT I had to pay some sort of extra government fee which was not declared while booking. Thanks to 訂房網站 I got that refunded in coins but it was still disappointing because it wasn't that cheap in the first place.

Here is the complete, updated complaint text with your new sentence added naturally: --- This hotel is terrible. I had a family emergency and submitted a medical diagnosis report as proof. The hotel showed no empathy, and they didn’t allow me cancel 4 unused nights. They said never refund. The hotel does not allow any refund, even if you want to cancel or adjust the nights of visit: On top of that, they charged me an extra CAD$10 per night because I booked for 6 nights – which makes no sense, since I had already fully paid for the room through 訂房網站. Also, the receptionist doesn’t speak any English, making it very difficult to communicate unless you speak Korean.

갑작스러운 주말 외박에 급하게 예약했는데 가성비 좋은 숙소에서 잘 쉬었다 갑니다. 직원분들 모두 친절하셨어요. 방도 넓고 따뜻해요.

근처에 식당이 많아서 먹거리걱정이없고 길건너 롯데마트가있음 아파트단지 주변이라 조용하고 커피와 음료가 비치되어있어 아주 잘먹음 재방문의사있음

좋았습니다 매우 조용하고 잠이 잘와요 다음에도 이용하겠습니다. 방도 넓고 좋네요 대신 넷플릭스가 접속 할 때 좀 느리긴 해서 기다리는데 시간이 걸렸네요.
