We had booked 2 rooms for 3 days and had booked a month in advance. But the rooms allotted were not in a good shape. And the staff really did not care about service. Pros: 1. Located at a walking distance from city palace 2. Ambience is good 3. Awesome roof top dining option cons 1. We had booked 2 rooms and state of one room was bad. Ceiling looked liked it had leaked and had dried fungus traces (pics attached. 2. Poor service. It took 1 whole day to get a toilet paper roll. 3. Electricity went off during 2 instances during our stay of 3 days. On one instance it went off in the evening for almost an hour and we were not able to use the elevator. We had a senior citizen with us. This jeopardize ld our dinner plans. Later we found the electriciy was shut off by the manager/owner because of some work in their upcoming property which was just right next too where we stayed. 4. Food is not great and unnecessarily expensive.

Dirty bedsheets no toiletries. Rude staff at reception checkout time is mentioned to be 11 still they will keep disturbing you from 10. Multiple calls.

property is good.पर नियम बदलते रहते है।चेक आउट टाइम 11 बजे का था।और 10 मे रुम खाली करवा तेज है।घुमने की कोई information भी उपलब्ध नही है। अनुभव सामान्य रहा।

The most terrible time in this hotel. They do not give hotel on time. The reception staff is the worst. I'll never recommend this hotel if there are good reviews it means they are giving reviews by their own family

The hotel's architecture was quite mesmerizing. The staff was helpful and the food including tea were among the best we had in udaipur. The hotel is near to lake pichola and city palace two of the most imp sites. 10/10 recommended.
