The place was in outskirts there were no proper roads to reach and the property was not maintained and we upgraded to infinity pool room but the pool water was so dirty that they didnt have the equipments to filter the water also. So i would not suggest anybody that property.

Firstly the reach to the location was very difficult, the signage boards were not at the right place. Secondly, property was good, amazing but the room was terrible, there were hairs on the bed and room was also not clean as it should be, However, house keeping guy was so helpful he immediately clean the bed and the room. Third - there was private swimming pool in the room but they denied to fill the water (during winter hot or medium water could be filled) I literally couldn't understand why did we pay this much for single night to have these experience ???? only perk was the outside beauty of rooms, the created greenary.

Experience bad. First to reach is difficult. No singege on road second- no singeges for reception. Third- no spa or any lovely restaurant. Torn-ed table cloth in banquet hall during breakfast. Forth -no any communication for taxi etc. Food has limited variety sorry

Beautiful place in between the mountains. Rooms are also good. There are two roads to go to the resort. There is one good road connecting it to the national highway, pols ask for this road from the hotel staff. But do make sure that breakfast is very limited and not good. And the stff is not that helpful

Location was terrible, i was travel-ling at night and i forgot the way to reach hotel and no person from hotel was picking up the call and the worst part is at night 4 am someone spanking my room door to open it and screaming is this kind of hospitality is given to customer. Worst experience at swarngarh nature retreat
