Em relação o hotel, achei que o atendimento pudesse ter sido melhor. Sobre a Trip, totalmente decepcionado com o ocorrido. Mesmo com as confirmações da hospedagem, a TRIP não enviou ao hotel essa confirmação da reserva. Só pude entrar no quarto após diversas tentativas. E para piorar, sem condições contato com a TRIP via telefone.
