We recently stayed at the Sebel/Mantra Hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. The room we were initially given wasn't what we had booked, which was a bit disappointing, but the staff were very helpful and quickly arranged a different room for us. The rooms themselves were clean and comfortable, though a bit on the smaller side. Breakfast was good quality, but we were expecting a bit more variety for a hotel of this level. Overall, the service made up for the minor hiccups, and we appreciated the staff's responsiveness.

很滿意，離海邊近，吃飯旁邊樓。一家人住一室一廳，跟前台多要一個毯子，一人睡客廳沙發，實惠。

the light on the ceiling was old and dim, the air conditioner didn't have the heat function, the quilt was just a piece of sheet, the front desk wasn't professional and they were cold face. Even the WiFi in the hotel wasn't for free unless you have the membership, it seems like the hotel was trying to make things difficult to customers. The hotel didn't create a sense that customers were welcomed. 麻煩雅高和隔壁希爾頓學學什麼是客戶體驗。連個WIFI都要註冊不然大幾十刀的收費，完全感覺不到賓至如歸
