A bit dated, but generally a good hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. Our main grievance was the on-site restaurant where food was poor and the prices extortionate. The “chefs salad” could have been prepared by anyone, and was just a random assortment of meats and salad piled on top of each other. A 22oz draught lager was $14. Despite not mentioning this anywhere, a 15% gratuity is automatically added, and then they also ask for a tip. We would not return to this hotel based on our experiences at the restaurant.

離大峽谷國家公園很近，在一個小鎮上面，交通是非常非常方便的，但設施和硬件條件就比較一般了，不過美國就是這樣的了，總體是乾淨整潔房間不小的

房間在三樓，車可以直接停到樓下。 位置也不錯，步行距離可以到餐廳，自己也有自己的餐廳。但是服務不好！我們帶了自己的食物，像借個瓷盤子用微波爐熱一下，結果給了我一個塑料泡沫的餐盒，告訴我盒子是microwave friendly. 老闆可能覺得我傻…… 枕頭不乾淨，脖子上第二天就開始起疹子。前台習慣性問hows your stay. 我反映了這事，前台説Im sorry to hear that, i will let the house keeping know. 以後不會住了，衞生不好，服務不好，位置不錯。

這個店還挺隱蔽的，提前預訂到了不錯的位置，總體體驗非常nice 比較好的地方是有微波爐，可以熱點兒愛吃的方便麵 大峽谷國家公園周邊沒有中餐

I had a pleasant stay at the Grand Canyon Plaza Hotel; you couldn't ask for a better location with close proximity to the National Park.   Check-in and check-out were both efficient and the staff friendly.     The hotel had an outdated feel, but since we hardly spent time there, it wasn't an issue.   We very much welcomed tea/coffee making facilities and made use of the micro-wave.

We had a wonderful stay here. The room was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Room was cleaned well each day. Highly enjoyed the breakfast/dinner options available at the in hotel restaurant. Location is great and close to the park. We had no wait to get in the park as any day we entered before 10 am. If for some reason you will be entering the Canyon later than that then understand there may be a line/wait.

Let me begin by making the readers aware that the Grand Canyon Plaza Hotel is more of a motel than a hotel. Entrance to all the rooms including the elevator is via the outside. It's not like your typical hotel where you enter a lobby and proceed to your room or the elevators. When entering the GCPH to check in the lobby seemed very clean but dated. The staff was extremely friendly. When we first entered our assigned room, it smelled of smoke masked by air freshener. We proceeded back to the lobby to complain and asked for another room. The second room was acceptable, however, the room was small, dark and very dated. We had breakfast the next morning in their restaurant off of the lobby and the food and service was good. If you are looking for a place to stay that is close to the park entrance but lacks updated features and charm, then this would be an acceptable place to stay at. Cathy from Pennsylvania
