Booked a non-smoking room and it wreaked of cigarettes. Burn holes in the curtains. Covering for light switch coming off the wall. Holes in the bedding (coomforter, sheets and pillow cases). No latch on the door. Window in the bathroom is cracked. Bathtub appears unclean and the shower curtain is stained. Both chairs also stained. Tv worked. Fridge worked. Microwave worked. Lockbox worked. Ac worked. Room was very large. Bed was comfortable enough, though I slept in my everyday clothes because I couldn't bring myself to wear my pajams with the bedding in such a state.

設備很老舊了，牆上插座都鬆了，床頭也沒充電的地方，這一點不太方便。 房間裡倒是有微波爐、冰箱和空調，不過空調有點破舊，雖然還能用。 吹風機也是有些破了，用還能用。 房間裡衹有洗手枱下面有一個垃圾桶。 床頭的燈有一個壞了。

It ****** because the door wouldn't even latch and when I tried to fix it the neighbor called the office and said I was making hella noise so I ended up getting kicked out because I was trying to fix their door!

The only thing good about this hotel was that it was located Conveniently next to the freeway. Other than that nothing else was good. When I went into my room for the 1st time there was hair on the seat and there was smudges on the mirrors. Only 2 outlets actually worked out of the 5 outlets around the room And even those 2 outlets were Continuously in use one being for the freezer later and other for the lamp. If I had a choice I would not stay here again

Your hotel charges you for breakfast and then when you go down to the office to get your breakfast in the morning they tell you that they do not serve breakfast... That's crazy I want a refund!
