I like the convenience as the car can parked in front of our little cottage. I also like the cottage environment as it is surrounded with plants and flowers. Even thought, electricity 訂房網站 happened in the mid night the staff able to repair it in short time. very good service.

Very nice cottage in Taiping and very fast self check in via whatsapp. Miss Sally was great and helpfully. Will come again next time if travel to Taiping.

The cleanliness needs to be improved. As soon as I entered the room, I noticed dust on the floor. The shampoo and body wash in the bathroom had changed color, making it seem like they had been sitting there for quite some time and were probably expired. There was also dust on the window. The service was unsatisfactory. Responses on WhatsApp were slow, and the check-in and check-out process was confusing. The instructions provided were neither detailed nor clear, and I had to ask several times before receiving proper guidance. This definitely needs improvement. There were also several issues with the facilities. The bathroom door could not be locked, and the faucet kept dripping. In addition, there should be instructions inside the room on how to use the door's password lock. When I went out, I found that I couldn't lock the room door. After some trial and error, I realized I had accidentally pressed one of the buttons.
