Very bad.smell bad.not clean. Door got hole. Ceiling got hole. Toilet leaking. The corridor walk way look like anytime will have theft coming. Hotel lobby smelly and no Aircon. The manager say arrange another room for us, but show me the same room. Once we enter the room we can’t stand for a minute, I can’t imagine staying a night there. I ask for cancellation. I don’t expect a refund I just wanna get out from there.

The room was too small. The kettle was dirty , I needed to make milk for my daughter in the night and i had to bring it to the receptionist to change but they said they will send the new one later but until tomorrow morning they didn't send a replacement. They just cleaned it but it was too late because it was morning already. When we were checking in , there was a dead cockroach inside the elevator. Until we checked out the dead cockroach was still there. The tv cannot be used. I asked the receptionist for remote control but they said the tv cannot be used. So why put tv in the room? I pay nearly RM190 just for one night, at least please provide a clean kettle and functioning television. I don't think i will come again to this hotel in the future. It is a lesson for us. Thank you.
