Dah 3 kali repeat stay sini.. Bilik bersih, katil n bantal selesa. Tandas bersih, bath tub best and air panas berfungsi. Brekfast mcm2 pilihan and nasi lemak memang sedapp! Cuma... fasiliti kolam jer perlu ditambah baik. Air kolam agak kotor dan kerusi disekitar kolam terhad. Selain drpd tu semua terbaik!

Overall its a good hotel with quiet surroundings, walking distance to the lake garden. Followings are my comments particularly about the room. 1) The bed, not up to so claimed a 4 star hotel. Not comfortable & shaking with sounds, my room was 219. 2) The towel colour not purely white but creamy. The quality of the towel like a budget hotel. The amenities, the soap is so thin, slightly bigger than an old 50 cents coin. 3) Breakfast, quite of a variety of food served but sadly the tastes are not there. 4) Receptions at night, they switched off the entrance lights making it looks dark. This must be a directive from the management try to save electricity bills. 5) Last but not least the price I paid consider pricey. For a weekday with less than 10 cars, I have paid RM198. 6) With the comments I have mentioned above & their current standard, the ideal rate should be maximum RM150 per night. For the price I have paid better stay at Novotel. The staff need to be sent for customer service training. 7) For sure I won’t return with this kind of level of service.

1 small air-conditioner covering small corner of the room and not cold. Blowing warm air. The whole room temperature is at above 30 degree Celsius. Terrible nightmare! The bath tub without curtain causing water splashing to the floor when taking bath in the bath tub, causing the floor wet and slippery, very dangerous. The bath towels are mostly thorned and worm out. Time to change! Not worth the price at all!

Kali kelima dah stay sini. Sbb tempat yg menarik, tenang dan sunyi. Harga pon ok la. Cuma aircond tk berapa sejuk. Tpi pihak hotel bagi tukar bilik lain.. Breakfast pon staff hotel akan call tnya dh sarapan ke belum.. So far smua ok je. Tpi mknn breakfast dia sama je menu dari tahun lepas. Huhu tkpela, padan la dgn hrga. Janji ada makanan dh syukur dh.

Hotel dh lama rasanya.. so kebersihan tu kurang ye.. but yg lain ok.. ni Kali ke 2 dh dtng sini.. breakfast sedap bnyk choice.. Sila Cuba ayam rendang dia.. xmengecewakan

It's my third time stay here. And we got the smallest room compare to last two 訂房網站 😁 But still okay 👍 I really love their buffet breakfast. My son having fun with his cousin. Got bathtub in the bathroom, the kids really enjoy. Most important is the bathroom is very clean, approved 100%

A decent 3-4:star hotel. The room size is spacious with balcony. The amenities is basic but sufficient if you are going to be a touch and go guests. The shower water pressure a bit low but the hand wash tap comes with hot water. The breakfast was great. Malaysian food and good variety.
