Unfortunately, I did not enjoy this 訂房網站 and felt misled by the booking. After I completed the payment through 訂房網站, the property owner immediately contacted me and asked for an additional RM200 deposit. This requirement was not mentioned anywhere in the 訂房網站 booking details, which was very disappointing. The biggest issue was that the homestay was completely different from the photos shown on the booking page. We were shocked when we arrived because it did not match the advertised property at all. The listing also clearly stated that Netflix was available. However, there was no Netflix account logged in. When we asked the owner, they simply said that the previous guest had logged out, but they did not provide a login ID or password, making the advertised feature unusable. In addition, the bedroom door was in poor condition. It made a loud cracking noise every time it was opened or closed, was difficult to operate, especially at night, and could not even be locked properly. Overall, this stay was very disappointing. The inaccurate listing, unexpected deposit request, and poor maintenance made the experience far below expectations. I hope the property owner updates the listing with accurate information and improves the condition of the accommodation.

Saw ants the entrance door. In the bedroom accidentally locked automatic when close the door. So can’t enter the bedroom then someone helped to solve the locked door to open. By the way the refrigerator is lack of cold.

They requested a deposit of RM 200 …upon check out they took sometime time to refund the deposit and it was lesser then the original amount , reason being they took a portion of it for cleaning .Try calling and texting to 訂房網站…but unsuccessful

We had a very nice and comfortable stay at this homestay. Even though we stayed only for one day, we were very satisfied with everything. This was our second time staying here, and it was just as good as before. We were able to cook easily because all the kitchen appliances and necessities were provided. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay!

For those who want comfort, this place is okay for 10pax but not worth the price. If you want to choose the premium one, better choose the usual one basically just the same but only the description that says premium. All units are the same size. The customer service is terrible and cannot help you at all. I already informed early and somehow when I wanted to check in, they forgot their own unit PIN number to access the key. Luckily, I know how to access the key and opened the number lock.  For a premium unit I payed twice the usual unit (RM471 vs RM240), basically the same and the toilet and unit not so clean, still got stain and dust. So if you asked me to book or not, can book but do be careful and be aggressive to their customer service and book the normal unit not the premium one

Overall, the stay was fine. The only point to note for future travelers is the security deposit requested after booking. The host requires a RM200 deposit, and the refund process may require several follow-ups, as there are no updates unless you check in. If this is not a concern for you, it’s still a good option.

Overall, everything was okay. However, the property looked different from the photos. The pictures made it appear much better, but in reality it was not the same as advertised.
