Dans l'ensemble, l'hôtel est bien tenu, mais pour un établissement qui prétend au standing 5 étoiles, le niveau de prestations et de confort doit être irréprochable. Malheureusement, cela a été loin d'être le cas pour mon sommeil. Les nuisances : Entre la musique provenant de la terrasse de la piscine et le bruit incessant d'une ventilation qui tourne à plein régime toute la nuit, l'isolation phonique est tout simplement catastrophique. Le service : J'ai fait une réclamation à la réception dès la première nuit, mais rien n'a bougé pour mon deuxième soir. J'ai d'ailleurs une vidéo qui prouve l'ampleur de ce bruit nocturne. C'est le seul reproche que je fais à cet hôtel, mais c'est un point noir majeur pour un 5 étoiles. Face à ce manque de repos et à cette prestation gâchée, j'attends un retour de My訂房網站 ainsi qu'un geste commercial à la hauteur de ce préjudice.

The room itself was great, comfortable and enjoyable throughout my stay. However, the breakfast area felt quite old and run down, and the waiting staff could certainly be more attentive when keeping the setup properly prepared. That being said, the highlight was definitely the food: the pastries here are absolutely to die for!
