酒店服務員很好，房間很大樓底很高和非常乾淨！ 同時，有免費的水提供給住客。可改善的是房間的茶几是一個大木頭，搬來搬去太重了，房間和酒店的設計不太實用，但是很漂亮😆。

The hotel is quite new and has a very interesting architectural design. The rooms have very high ceilings, which makes the space feel airy and pleasant. The staff were very friendly and clearly tried their best to make the stay comfortable. Breakfast was good and overall the service was nice. From the rooftop you can see the famous Mayan ruins, which is impressive and very close to the hotel. The only downside was that the pool was very dirty and not really usable. There are also very few restaurants or shops nearby, but this is typical for Tulum. Transportation is definitely needed to stay here, as taxis can sometimes be difficult to get. Overall, it’s a good place for a short stay of one or two nights.
