Firstly I arrived at the hotel and the charged me $1,300mxn where the confirmation on 訂房網站.com said it was all paid! We went to our room which was good and kept clean. Very hard to control the water temperature in the shower however! We booked the romantic dinner where in the menu they mentioned there would be flambé at the table - none of it was. This was supposed to be a romantic dinner on the beach where instead we had guests that don’t even stay in The hotel be so loud in front of us. Instead of hotel staff moving them to the other side that was completely open they just kept serving them drinks. The beach bar was supposed to close at 7pm however they just kept serving them drinks. If I hadn’t paid for the 18% service charge before the dinner they definitely wouldn’t get it. As a gesture they just offered 2 cocktails when the service charge alone was far far more than that! The food was not good, at the dinner and at breakfast. Wouldn’t really recommend this hotel.

Had a great time, has a little gym which was a nice surprise, and a little kids play area on the beach. Service was excellent, highly recommend Wiliam our server at breakfast
