非常不滿意🙁૮₍ꐦ -᷅ ⤙ -᷄ ₎ა 入住當晚馬桶裂開，然後説當天滿房沒法換房。 第二天早上太想拉屎，就讓他們快點來修，先上廁所再換房，結果修了快三小時，還要出去買馬桶蓋來修🥲 然後訂房網站客服超負責幫我們協調前台換房，幫我們升級賠償啥的，結果最後看完棒球回家，發現換的房間完全沒升檔，房間內的水池浴室也沒打掃乾淨…… 住過最差的 double tree！！真的避雷吧 房間陳舊！設施破舊！服務差勁👎 建議希爾頓公司重新審核這個本土酒店，完全是在砸招牌！

Super beautiful hotel! Definitely felt clean and sanitizer. My only hang up was 2 of the desk employees seemed to be annoyed. Other then that, I loved it. Right off the 10, super easy to get to.

I stayed overnight with a friend when we attended a concert at the Ronstadt Music Hall. We thought the rooms were very comfortable and clean. The staff was incredibly helpful in helping us with how to use our room key (senior moment!) and when we realized after checkout that we had left a personal item in the room.The hotel is walking distance from the music hall so saved us driving time and parking fees. There are restaurants on site for breakfast and dinner, as well as a Starbucks.

The hotel is located in a central area, with several museums and restaurants just a few minutes’ drive away, which made everything very convenient. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, providing us with maps, extra bottled water, and even upgrading us to a room with a balcony. The entire hotel feels very new, and both the room and bathroom were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Overall, it is a hotel with excellent value for money.
