I was happy with the room, it was clean and all the furnishings looked fairly new and in good shape. The bed was King Size and comfortable with 4 pillows.Always nice to have extra pillows. I found the pillows were a little lumpy though. The staff were courtesy and helpful. It's not an expensive hotel, so overall I would recommend it as good value for the price we paid.

Decent hotel for the price. Location is close to downtown and UofA, however, with that being said, you do notice transits roaming the area at all hours.

The property condition was horrid. The area was unsafe with homeless people living on the property, among drug dealers and ***********. We only stayed the 1st night of two as we arrived in town at a late hour and had no other place to stay. At around 4am a ********** knocked on my door which I did not open. I stayed awake through the night as family slept to ensure thier safety. I highly recommend that this property is removed from 訂房網站.com as the photos on the website to not even begin to capture the reality that we encountered. I booked at another hotel after the 1st night so I felt safe and could rest. I prepaid for the 2 nights and am in the process of being reimbursed for the 2nd night due to the highly unexpected conditions. Hopefully 訂房網站.com is able to make that happen. I will keep you posted.
