GLH酒店 (Glh Hotel)

Very unsafe, check in is at 4pm no exceptions?

When ibarrived to check in, there was nobodybat the desk. The lobby had a smell. After waiting a half hour someone finally walked in and asked if i was checking in. I said yes and and was told the desk person would be there shortly. Another fifteen minutes before he came in complaining about having to deal with some issue but no apologies for having someone waiting so long. While he was checking me in he was back and forth on a radio to see if any rooms were ready, mind you i came in at 3 and its now almost 4. At this point i was tired of this treatment and asked for my ID back. He was reluctant to give it to me, but finally did. I left and found a different hotel that had much better customer service, didnt smell or make excuses of any kind.
