Hotel felt like prison, no sign or place to load/unload, roll down luggage cart…entry door is heavy and no handicap assistance or support to keep it open. Sparse, not even a water fountain or water bottle. I’m 120+ degree heat & sun in Tucson, absolutely no shade/cove/canopy even in the parking lot. This is in complex with medical facilities so people come when they are needing more care not to be abused and treated like prisoner. 2 customers went up to front desk while they had me waiting for my room- 1. Complained bed was bad: sinking into it (obviously old/past expiration date) 2. Didn’t like the sizes, costs, locations of several rooms advertised Changing terms, product after it’s already paid for, ( & I’ve spent time and money driving to get to) is illegal!! Bait & switch! Forced wait till the dot! 3pm checkin, not a minute earlier! Even later than contracted! For no legitimate reason other than to screw you over. So definitely not getting 24h..but not even 10hrs for the space? 3+pm till 11 am. Waiting area is size of a closet, old / cold crappy coffee from who knows when…no lounge, food, shop, or anything else to make you comfortable…even Wi-Fi-on lockdown-have to get room # /checked in to even use it WHILE IN LOBBY WAITING!
