東方傳奇遊輪 (Orient Legacy Cruise)

我們這次和朋友8人安排這趟下龍灣三天二夜遊輪行程， 在眾多遊輪當中，我們選了今年八月啟航的新遊輪Orient Legacy, 服務人員很親切，特別感謝Alice和Leo的服務。 我們是二樓陽台房，房間很香，空間夠大，床很舒服。晚上我們在五樓喝酒跳舞非常開心。感謝遊輪的所有工作人員熱情接待，讓我們渡過美好的三天二夜。接駁船速度能快一點更好😊

Nous avons vécu une très belle expérience avec Regina Cruises. À l’origine, nous avions réservé une croisière à bord de l’Orient Legacy Cruise pour 1 nuit à la mi-juillet. Malheureusement, le navire n’était pas encore prêt à accueillir ses premiers passagers à cette date. La compagnie a alors fait preuve d’un grand professionnalisme en nous proposant un surclassement à bord du Regina Grande, qui effectue le même itinéraire dans la magnifique baie de Lan Ha. Nous avons même eu la chance d’être surclassés dans la chambre VIP, la plus spacieuse et la plus luxueuse du bateau. Une très belle attention que nous avons énormément appréciée. Tout au long de la croisière, le service a été irréprochable : un équipage attentionné, souriant et toujours disponible. La cuisine était excellente, raffinée et variée, avec des plats aussi beaux que savoureux. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié les nombreuses activités proposées tout au long de la croisière. Le programme est varié et permet de profiter pleinement de la baie : sortie en kayak au cœur des paysages karstiques, baignade dans une eau paisible, cours de cuisine vietnamienne, séance de tai-chi au lever du soleil… Chacun y trouve son bonheur, quel que soit son âge. Nous souhaitons adresser une mention toute particulière à Lily, Jack et Liam, qui nous ont accompagnés avant et pendant notre séjour. Leur suivi de réservation, leur sens du service, leur réactivité et leur gentillesse ont été remarquables. Ils ont tout mis en œuvre pour que ce séjour en famille se déroule dans les meilleures conditions et nous ont permis de profiter pleinement de cette expérience. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe de Regina Cruises. Nous repartons avec de merveilleux souvenirs de la baie de Lan Ha et recommandons cette compagnie sans la moindre hésitation.
