樂程豪華遊輪蘭哈灣 (Le Journey Luxury Cruise)

定了遊輪2日1夜，河內早上8點坐預約的巴士到碼頭約11點多了，所有程序辦理完後午餐已在下午1點多吃。下午有活動，皮划艇或是游泳，5點有越南春捲製作教程，2樣都沒有參加，7點多開始吃晚餐，肚子餓了因為也沒有提供下午茶點。房間沒有電視，網絡基本不能用，無聊。第二天6點15吃早餐那差不多5點就要起床了，吃完早餐8點出發參觀個叫hospital cave,9點回到船上吃個brunch，之後回到碼頭11點整個行程結束。總結：下隆灣風景美，遊輪體驗不驚艷，預約巴士接送在last minute 才確定，讓我們事事預先安排妥當的人擔心，雖然最後順利收到接送訊息。設施方面要提升，212房馬桶蓋鬆動厲害，垃圾桶蓋生銹也沒有換個新的。唯一值得稱讚的是遊輪經理Andy表現專業，盡力服務客人，知道我們房間沒有安排免費瓶裝水後一再道歉並贈送小禮品。謝謝。

Terrible experience – absolutely not luxury, ruined my birthday I had booked the Presidential Suite on this cruise, expecting a truly special experience. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the biggest disappointments in my travels. 1. Dirty and old room – The suite was extremely old, run-down, and dirty. Furniture was worn out, things were broken, and the overall condition was far from what the photos on 訂房網站 had promised. The reality looked nothing like the pictures – it was misleading advertising. 2. No birthday decoration as promised – Before arrival, I contacted the manager and specifically asked to decorate the room for my birthday. I was assured this would be arranged. To my surprise, when we arrived, the room was not decorated at all. Such a special day was simply ignored. 3. False information about the bathroom – I had even sent a photo of the bathroom I expected and was told that yes, our suite would have the same. This turned out to be completely untrue – there was no such bathroom. 4. Presidential Suite but no transfer included – I booked the most expensive category, yet when I asked for a transfer from my hotel in Halong (only 10 minutes away), it was not included and I was forced to pay separately. This is absurd for what is supposed to be a luxury cruise. 5. Service at zero level – Staff were indifferent, not attentive at all, and clearly not trained for luxury hospitality. No effort was made to fix the situation or apologize properly. In the end, my birthday was ruined. I could not even cancel or leave because it was a cruise – I was stuck in this horrible experience for 24 hours. This place is far from luxury. It is outdated, misrepresented, and managed poorly. If you value your time, money, and special occasions – stay away!!!

Хороший круиз за свои деньги. Мы с супругой брали президентский номер на 3 дня и 2 ночи. Все понравилось. Видели также номера попроще, они тоже очень хорошо оборудованы и имеют балкон. Персонал приветливый, встречают, провожают, всегда проявляют заботу к гостям. Гид и весь персонал говорят на Английском. Включена вся еда на время проживания. Есть бар, караоке, массаж. Массаж тела от 40$. Интернет плохой, практически не ловит во всей бухте. Рыбалка больше для вида, никто ничего не поймал. В целом, отличный вариант отдыха как семьей, так и в одиночку. Своих денег однозначно стоит. В тур входит программа с утра до вечера. По желанию можно прокатиться в деревню на катере, купаться, каякинг, посетить военный госпиталь в пещере и другие развлечения. Бронировали все через трип ком, очень удобно что здесь можно оплачивать русской картой (даже кредиткой) без всяких танцев с бубнами. С собой берите наличные, связь не ловит на круизе.

我們訂了兩晚的家庭房，房間足夠大。每天遊輪都會幫我們安排好行程，省去很多攻略，而且避開多人的景點。整個行程很舒適，除了我們一家是中國的其他都是歐美的遊客，孩子們認識了很多新朋友。

I participated in this three-day, two-night 訂房網站 alone with my two children. Before the 訂房網站, the online service staff informed me that it was suitable for children and assured me that I could enjoy the journey. The communication and transfers from Hanoi to the cruise ship were excellent! We arrived in Hanoi at 07:00, but were exhausted and rested in a cafe. Even though we changed our pick-up location on the same day, the luxurious shuttle bus still safely transported us to the pier. They were thoughtful and provided us with a sense of adventure while ensuring our complete safety. I loved the Lan Ha Bay itinerary, including cycling through the fields, experiencing the amazing fish foot massage, kayaking freely in Lan Ha Bay to explore caves, and walking on the fine sand of the mysterious white beach. Thank you! The cruise room was spacious, comfortable, and fragrant! We could fully immerse ourselves in the beautiful scenery of Ha Long Bay and Lan Ha Bay. The sailing was comfortable, and I loved the cruise route selection, which allowed us to get closer to the beautiful scenery and escape the hustle and bustle. The food on the cruise was also excellent! Whether it was the buffet at lunch, the set menu at dinner, or the set menu at Viet Hai Village, everything was delightful and full of surprises! I highly recommend the Le Journey Luxury Cruise three-day, two-night itinerary for families with children. The activities, such as cycling in Viet Hai Village and the fish massage, made it an unforgettable adventure for the kids!

We had a great experience with Le Journey Cruises. They organized everything for us, from the transportation from Hanoi and back, to rearranging our bookings several times in order to accommodate our room requests. They were extremely helpful and communicated with us frequently by WhatsApp to ensure we were well looked after, and even took the time to meet with us at our hotel at the end of the 訂房網站 to confirm that everything had gone well. I was very satisfied with the whole experience and would recommend it to anyone.

Great for couples or families. The service is great and I enjoy it a lot.

The boat itself is nice the really shame is that it’s not really a cruise more of a floating hotel, you are shipped out on a smaller boat to do the activities which is not what we were expecting, the staff are all very nice and accommodating but they are let down by the set up of the company

I have booked many flights/hotels with 訂房網站.com, this was my first experience/hotel. Everything was very smooth and coordinated. They even messaged me about transportation to and from before I could message them. Everything was easy and we had a lovely time on our one night cruise. The cruise made sure every travel had enough to eat and that there was always something to do.

We had a great cruise, our deluxe room was very clean, spacious, and well equipped. Food was good, but I was a bit annoyed that breakfast is served between 6.15am - 7.15am which is great if you want to partake in the early morning activities but if you want to sleep in and not go on the early morning excursions you go hungry. Announcements over the intercom in the early hours of the morning were annoying and you should be able to turn that feature on or off if you don’t want to be woken up only emergency announcements would need to come through to all, so I would tweak the system and leave breakfast open to at least 9.00am for those that want to sleep in a bit. Cruise was good overall, two nights were enough. Crew were friendly and very helpful, thank you!
