The picture online seemed like the balcony is yours. Didn’t realize it’s a shared balcony. The location isn’t that far from the center but going to the homestay was such a struggle for me with a suitcase. You have to go through stairs and it isn’t really friendly with tourists who have lots of stuff especially suitcases cause the stairs is narrow. The bed looks cute on pictures but it’s hard to move around and plug your phone. No bedside table and the curtains need to be changed because it’s torn and I had to tie it and put a chair just so I wouldn’t be seen from outside.

Room is clean and comportable. 8 min walk from SaPa square. Check in was smooth. Most importantly the view was exceptional. Cant imagine better view than this in sapa

The room was perfect and have everything you need. The location was amazing walkable to all the shops, restaurants and sapa station definitely will stay here again.

Of all my travel experiences, this hotel has one of the best views . The service of these hotel staff is execlent . Although it's AI, if you need help, they have a ready staff to assist you . The receptionist and staff are very friendly n always ready to help n assist you . I highly recommend this place for staying if you visit sapa. I will come here to stay on my next visit t

The room is clean, quiet ,the view is great and the staff is very friendly. We arrived sapa early in the morning and they let us check in first. (10-15 mins)Walk away to sapa station and moana sapa. It is convenient.

The location is nice. But they use Smart Key it is late for us to get into the room. The weather is so cool and don't see the receptionist they always contact us online.

It was a wonderful stay with a clean room and easy to access to all places. The room had a very nice view, you can use the heat on the AC which is important during winter.
