Very nice and relax hotel. Arrived in the morning around 4+ and was upset that we can’t get to the hotel because of road work. Cars not allowed to drive over hence we need to stop at the construction site and carry our luggage to walk over the uneven road ( muddy and many stones). Not a long distance but I think the hotel management should notify the customers on this as it is really a hassle. Overall, the hotel is very comfy

The resort is situated in a fairly decent location with a view overlooking the valley, and the staff is polite and friendly. Moving from the entrance to the rooms can be challenging due to the steep terrain, but electric carts are available to take you up when needed. The interior is moderately okay, without anything particularly special.

부모님과 같이 가는거라 패밀리룸 예약했어요. 위치는 사파 시내랑 가까워서 걸어다니기도 편했고, 깟깟마을도 걸어갈만 했어요. 돌아올때는..오토바이타세요ㅎ 숙소는 크고 깨끗했으나, 숙소에 따뜻한 물이 안나와요. 말해서 고쳐주시는 분 와서 고쳤는데도 따뜻한 물이 아니라 미지근한 물 나와서 씻기 불편했고..아침되니깐 다시 미지근한 물도 안나오고 찬물나오더라구요. 저녁에 나가기 귀찮아서 리조트 안 식당이용했는데 괜찮았고, 조식도 맛있었어요.

Good location, nice hotel, nice room but poor service, stayed 2 nights and 3 days, the first day check in at four o'clock in the afternoon, the electricity did not work, had to wait 1 hour, so went out and came back at night, hot water does not work with a temperature of 8 Degrees that can't take a shower. On the 2nd day, the hot water still doesn't work. Tell the story, tell them to wait half an hour. On the 3rd day, the water not running!!! The first round tells them to wait half an hour. After half an hour, he told me to wait another 1. When the hour, inform the staff to help. Have to hurry to take a shower and can't go to the bathroom. The staff told me that I had to wait 1 hour!! Can't wait because we have to check out at noon and have to rush to get on the bus to Hanoi without showering and going to the toilet!! Staff can only say sorry!!???

Werkelijk het slechtste resort wat we in tijden hebben gehad. Bij het inchecken hebben we een andere kamer gekregen dan we hadden geboekt, uur moeten wachten maar zonder succes. De kamer was smerig en het stonk naar riolering, de douche kop was stuk, geen heet water, de airco deed het niet goed dus het was ijskoud, service was onder de maat. En we hadden 5kleding stukken laten wassen zonder dat we wisten wat de prijs was, bleek dat we uiteindelijk 812.000 duizend dong moesten betalen, werkelijkwaar belachelijk. Echt een heel slecht resort en zwembad is niet verwarmd, boek hier niet!
