It's really close to Sun Plaza and just near the centre.But when you go to the hotel, the whole way up there is slop.Get ready!!They let me put my baggage in the hotel before check-in and after check-out. No English -No problem.The Customer service is so good.There is a good restaurant with affordable prices just near the hotel.

Very nice hotel, the map might look far from the center but you can just work it's good for exercise, good view, big room, all perfect for me ❤️🙏 And this is the view from my window 🥰

Phòng to rộng, nhưng ko có máy lạnh. Phòng ko cách nhiệt ko tốt lắm, hổm mình đi tầm 14độ mà ko có máy lạnh nên sáng ra phòng rất lạnh

Functional and satisfactory hotel with big rooms and electric blankets and we had balconies with Mountain View. We arrived after a late bus which was fine and we could leave our luggage in check out day. Slightly out of the centre of Sapa which we wanted. Rooms not serviced. Did the job fine for the price.
