Very nice place in an incredible Sapa! Cozy boho design and million dollar view from the window. The staff is very friendly, helpful and always we’re staying online. There is also a kitchen and water drink water always available. There is a steep road going there, not very long, I wasn’t super tired with my heavy backpacks. Or you might consider going up with a motorbike, cars don’t go, but actually I saw taxis going down. There is another entrance with stairs from another road, maybe with suitcases can be better. I stayed in two different rooms. So) my mornings with that view were fantastic, I felt just great!

Hey guys! Just wanted to say that my friends and I had a really enjoyable time staying in Sa Pa. We were very happy to stay at D Home Sapa 3—everything was great! Even though there was a small miscommunication about the motorbike rental, the staff were very professional and helpful throughout. From the moment we arrived, the place smelled nice, felt super comfortable, and had a beautiful aesthetic. Big thanks to the team for making us feel so welcome during our visit to Vietnam—we truly enjoyed our time there! Special thanks to Mr. Quang for all the help on our second day in Sa Pa. 如果不懂越文、英文的旅行者和沒有越南的手機號和通信軟件者儘量避開這種沒有24小時前台服務的民宿或旅館＇會增加你旅遊的挑戰度和刺激感！達成目標後會很有成就感！尋找這旅館有點好玩，你要一直問路上的好朋友＇房間確實蠻好看的、找到來服務的妹子長得很可愛＇但不會中文＇非常親切幫進入住宿房間＇晚上在陽台前吃點心！性價比很好👍！

숙소 외관이나 내부 인테리어는 예뻐요. 그러나 히터가 약해서 2월에 온 저한텐 좀 추웠어요. 저는 비오는 날와서 풍경을 못봐서 그런가 만족도가 엄청 높지는 않네요..! 그래도 청결면에서 크게 걸리는 거 없이 괜찮아요

the villa located in rsther the quiet side of sa pa but still close to tourist attraction. the rooms are nice but no tv which maybe wont be needed anyway. the only downside is that my room was on the third floor and no elevator but the housekeeper helped me with my luggage. and, oh, do not take carnival car there if you dont want to drag ur luggage up the hill

They have the best view on the balcony except for road access might not convenience for the anyone whose dong have good stamina go walk up on a veey steep road because no vehicle is allowed to go the main main entrance of this hotel.

사진과 다르진 않으나 침구 상태가 깔끔하다고는 할 수 없어 만점은 못 주겠네요. 카운터가 비어있는 경우가 많아 급한 용무를 해결에 답답함이 있었어요.

My stay at this accommodation exceeded all expectations! The property looked exactly like the photos. The host was very kind and helpful, making sure I have a comfortable stay. The room was clean and had a lovely atmosphere that made me feel at home immediately. Location is perfect for exploring the area. A lot of shops, restaurant and coffees are right next door. This is definitely a gem worth booking, highle recommended. I will come back here for sure 🥰

I really recommend this place, good location, comfortable bed, incredible view from the rooms; and the answering time through the WhatsApp number is really good and fast. Also, I left a key in the room and they shipped it to me in Hanoi, that’s something much people will not do.

the location is pretty close with popular destination in sa pa but some drivers may find difficulties in going to the place because the road not too wide & up-down hill. the host was responsive, kind, and making effort to provide our necessaries overall its a good price for a stay in sa pa
