Absolutely loved this parador! We also upgraded from the basic room - and it was worth it! Good and helpful staff! We had a lovely dinner there!

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. They advertise "private parking," but nowhere does it state there is an extra charge. The staff let us park without saying a word, only to demand extra money at checkout. When I pointed out their lack of transparency, they refused to take responsibility. Instead of apologizing for the oversight, they actually blamed me for "not asking in advance." The staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I would only recommend this hotel if you enjoy being insulted and scammed. Stay somewhere else!
