オーロラツアーに參加するために予約。現地ツアーの集合場所から近く、ツアー終了後も徒歩で帰れる距離です。空港からは42番のバスに乗車。チェックインが15時なので、それまで荷物を預かってもらい市內散策。教會やお土産ストリートにもアクセス良好。チェックインもスムーズ。朝食は平日と土日で時間が違うので注意。平日0630-0930, 休日7-10, FIKA 15-17, 夕食18-20(多分) 朝食と夕食は內容は大體同じ。時間帯によっては座るところがない時もある。ただスタッフさんが気を配ってくれているので、特に大きな問題はなし。 FIKAはケーキが1種類とコーヒー。サウナやジムは5階。11-23時。滯在中はオーロラツアーや市內観光をしていたので利用せず。部屋は1人だと十分な広さ。ただテーブルとベッド上の右側の電球が切れていた。なので少し暗め。タオル交換や掃除はなかった。2泊なので特に問題なし。アメニティは少なめ。シャンプーとドライヤーあり。 1階のフロント前にはツアーデスクあり。おそらくオーロラツアーが予約できると思う。チェックアウト時、フロントに人がおらず。朝急いでいたため、部屋のカードキーを受付に置いて出てきた。早朝出発や急いでいる方は、スタッフがいない可能性もあるので早めに行動した方が良い。最悪、フロントデスクにカードキーを置くしかないと思われる。全體的に過ごしやすかった。人によっては合わない人もいるかもしれないが、滯在のメインがオーロラやフィヨルドツアーの參加であれば良いと思う。私には合っていた。

The hotel is in the center of Tromso which is easy to access all attractions in the city by walk. Good services for tea break and dinner, but food is so so. Only bad thing was the parking needed reservation in advance and we had not been told before. So we had to park at the public parking and cost for parking per hour was incredibly expensive. If you are city traveller, I do not recommend bringing car into Tromso or stay outside where there is free parking.

離譜的酒店，1️⃣服務人員態度很差，我們2:45到的，3:30都無法Check In，而且當時其他到的比我們晚的都Checkin了，問就是無法在3點前打掃完所有的房間，而且服務人員態度惡劣，拒絕催促清潔人員提前打掃我們的房間，合理懷疑這家酒店歧視中國人；2️⃣打掃還打掃不乾淨，半夜發現床單上有兩道鞋印；3️⃣房間裡更是啥也沒有，小不説了，窗戶對面直接是對面樓房，根本無法拉開窗簾。而且我們在挪威其他城市住的酒店都有一次性拖鞋，這家啥都沒有；4️⃣半夜3點起來趕飛機想洗個澡，結果熱水半天都出不來。總而言之就是這家酒店非常差⚠️而且涉嫌歧視中國人，千萬別來

A hotel that is located conveniently to many pick up points for tours. Grocery stores, 7-11 and restaurants are also located nearby. Simple amenities such as shampoo/body soap, towels, hairdryer are available. Love it that there is breakfast and dinner that comes together with your stay. Nothing too fancy but good enough to fill your bellies considering the restaurants are quite pricey. You will need to get hot water on your own at the dispenser as there are no kettle in the room. Reception was always friendly in answering any questions, and even helped with my cab booking to the airport. Worth it for the price, would stay here again.

This hotel is at the waterfront right in the center of town. It offers excellent value! Afternoon tea, buffet dinner, breakfast and free tea/coffee all day are included in the price. There's a sauna on the 5th floor together with a small gym. A jacuzzi is available for a small fee. Bus 42 from the airport stops just behind the hotel so it's less than a min walk to the reception. The staff are friendly. The room is clean and quite spacious. Best value in town! I'll definitely stay here again.

位置很好靠岸邊，出門就是公交到機場很方便。早餐晚餐都可以在酒店吃，節約很多時間和錢。缺點是房間設施陳舊，也不每天打掃，特意提前跟前台説了也沒打掃

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great and the sauna with a view was amazing. Breakfast and dinner are provided. They even saved us portions on the first night as we arrived just after the restaurant closed. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful. Thank you!
