公寓式酒店，出入一樓大門、公寓樓大門、電梯、停車場，都需要刷房卡，安全有保障！整個服務公寓樓都給人一種高級感！衞生很不錯！房間寬敞大方，公寓樓門口就是電車站，去墨爾本City其實也就15-20分鐘的時間！！！交通很方便！！！公寓樓下還有一個超市，可以去買點吃吃喝喝的😋公寓配備了冰箱、洗碗機、洗衣機、廚具、微波爐…入住感覺很不錯！！！前台的服務態度也很好！！！總是笑眯眯的！！！很滿意！！！

挺一般的，床單有血跡，前台的印度人承諾空調壞了說換房間，結果沒有執行也不給理由，但是因為是冬天也懶得繼續說換了，定了5天的酒店沒有一天打掃過。

以地理位置來說價格算便宜行政房空間很大有小客廳還有廚房只是廚具都偏髒還有幾隻蟑螂！！！原本第一個房間空調壞了不能用換到第二個房間才發現浴室抽風壞了

Oaks is a hotel line I love. From proper kitchenettes and lounge rooms giving a more homely vibe then a standard room to wonderful views. Was my first time there at Flemington and safe to say it was awesome :) Pics to match. Customer service wasn't brilliant, he was lagging and scattered. The air con was Cold. Hated that part. I need to be comfy especially if paying for it.

🔴BEWARE🔴This is the worst hotel in Australia. Please do not book here you will be sorely disappointed everything went wrong from day one.I asked for a refund kept telling me manager was in conference manager was in meeting. Nobody ever got back to me. I am also complaining to consumer affairs Victoria to try to get a refund as they had ruined my four night stay.

reception service was reall excellent .we stay there 3 days .Due to long stay ,I should cleaning in room and need change all bed sheets .what when I connect with front staff . They said it is not possible due to public holidays .They disappointed me .

The room is really clean and specious. They provided everything included with washing machine. Also, the tram stop is just walk only 2minutes. Very convenience but it takes time around 20minutes to CBD.

NOTE FOR EVERYONE : $150 DEPOSIT This property should update deposit policy on booking app. When I booked it, I called the hotel regarding deposit and they said it depends on the room I've booked, and the deposit will be between $1-100. When I came in, I need to pay $150 for deposit which is wrong information from them before. It's better to state it clearly on booking app so everyone can prepare for it. Deposit payment return to my account in 7 days. There is no issue with other things when I stayed in this hotel. My family really loved it. The tram stop just in front of the hotel and only takes 10 minutes to CBD. We stayed in Family 2 bedroom that has city view on 10th floors. Facilities are great, it has washing and dryer machines which is really helpful for someone that has baby or kids. For budget hotel, I would say this is the best experience and value that I've ever stayed in Melbourne. I paid $177 for 2 bedroom on the weekend stayed. Definitely will be back someday. Recommended 👍👍👍👍
