位置環境都挺合適的 早餐簡單但也都能滿足需求了 唯一的問題是晚上八點後前台沒人、也沒早點提醒， 晚上出門買東西九點多回來，忘了帶房卡，打電話叫人來開門需要花五十澳幣！

Mantra現在是雅高旗下的，客房配置和雅高美居差不多，不主動提供洗漱用品沒有拖鞋，客房衞生情況一般，洗手液瓶外觀不乾淨窗台有灰。比美居額外提供一包免費小食和小瓶酒免費水，酒我沒喝不評價。但是早飯一吃一個不吱聲，人均120當地水平都相同六樣東西：麵包雞蛋培根豆子蘑菇飲料。 兩位女性前台，一位當地人態度友好熱情。但是感受到來自另一位拉美裔前台的刁鑽對待，我就不説歧視吧，整個旅程10來天不同酒店，就衹有這位前台強硬要求登記護照登記信用卡，在房費早已提前付款的情況下，不是做信用卡預授，也不是付款按金，就是要拿著你的信用卡和護照登記全部訊息。問就是沒有按金房費已付不要預授，那請問你登記這些幹嘛呢？ 澳洲入住酒店其實根本不用出示護照，其他酒店都沒有遇到此要求，衹有這家，問就是規定。也不知道是針對黃皮膚呢？還是針對訂房網站？邊上別人接待的兩個白皮膚辦理入住就2分鐘。要不是去bulga national park沒地住，才不會住這家！

Hotel is clean and well maintained however they do not have concierge services post 8pm, not sure if this is normal. I came across for the first time. They did not serve breakfast at Butter Factory as indicated on their website. It was in a small area near the reception with limited continental options mostly cold with microwave available to heat items as needed. We didn't eat despite paying for it so i cant comment on quality. It would be good if hotel updates its website to indicate this information so people can make an informed decision.

Hotel was clean and well put together, with a nice restaurant on the main level. However, when I showed up there, I had to wait for about 10 minutes for someone to get to the front desk as it was unmanned and no phone number to call anybody. It had a little bell that I kept ringing and no one was in earshot,apparently. The lady finally showed up and was unapologetic and checked me in and everything after that was fine.

Nice new Hotel. Too bad you can't open the windows. The display for operating the A/C looks very modern and simple. However, you could only choose the temperature and no other options. great that a laundry is offered. however, it does not appear to be well maintained. the washing machine was quite dirty. Not only was the dryer super dirty, but the drum was also damaged. The whole laundry room does not make a very neat impression. Pity.
