這次造訪城崎溫泉令人十分滿意。小鎮沿著河川展開，兩旁柳樹搖曳生姿，充滿濃厚的日式溫泉氛圍。穿著浴衣、踩著木屐悠閒漫步七大外湯，是最愉快的體驗。溫泉水質柔和，泡完全身放鬆，寒意全消。街道上小店林立，有香氣撲鼻的螃蟹料理與溫泉饅頭，熱鬧又不失靜謐。夜晚燈光映照河面，別有風情，是一段難忘的旅程。

旅館不大，現代加古樸的裝修風格讓人感到新鮮。日式榻榻米房間寬敞，雖然房間內沒有淋浴設施，但樓下即有浴池，可以供家庭親子單獨使用。晚餐的懷石料理讓人驚喜且滿足，一道道菜品都精緻美味。點贊。

別館房間很明亮，壁畫非常漂亮 —- 是店主叔叔山田毅先生的作品👏👏 酒店不包晚餐，但會介紹附近餐廳，試過推薦的食店，味道不錯，價錢合理👍👍 早餐在附屬咖啡店享用，品道很好，咖啡也好喝，另店長好漂亮，笑容甜美😍

Beautiful place, very clean, friendly staff, quiet at night.The room only has a toilet and no shower, but the private Onsen are available pretty much all day round in addition to the public Onsen in Kinosaki. Free green tea in the room was provided as well as everything one needs to use the public bathhouses. We would come back to stay there again!

This hotel is seriously the best! Kazuki San made our 訂房網站 absolutely amazing. He was so helpful with everything. He is nice and talkative. His family was super friendly too, which made us feel so welcome. We loved every minute of our stay. It truly felt magical, like something out of a dream. Thanks for the gift and photos. This hotel's art gallery is seriously impressive. They've got some amazing pieces on display. And breakfast in the cafe feels great. We can't wait to come back again. Highly recommend this place to everyone!

Posto meraviglioso! La famiglia che lo gestisce ti fa sentire come a casa. Pulizia eccellente, colazione buonissima, bellissime camere molto curate e gentilezza e disponibilità al TOP!! とても快適なお宿でした。貸切の溫泉でゆったりとできスタッフの方もおもてなしで親切にしていただきました。併設のカフェでの朝食も地元の食材使われておりとてもおいしかったです！また宿泊したいです。

Nice, modern and new hotel in Kinosaki onsen with great hospitality from the hotel owner and his staff. I was welcomed by the owner at the door when I arrived, and they even prepared a beautiful greeting card on my arrival. Welcome drink was provided and the owner recommended good restaurants and provided the USP of each onsen in Kinosaki. The room is spacious, clean and new! I especially like the Japanese style of the hotel. Yutaka and 1-day onsen pass were provided for my stay. As the next day I had to move to another hotel, the owner very kindly helped me to transport my luggage to another hotel near the JR station. Overall, excellent stay, excellent people and excellent breakfast! :) Would love to visit Kinosaki onsen again and stay with Utsuroi Tsuchiya.

Our favourite booking throughout our entire Japan 訂房網站! This inn is a family business so you can imagine how hospitable the entire family was to us this 2D1N. Regretted not staying 1 more day as the entire village was very relaxing. Room is super clean, yukata was provided for us to visit the public baths, access to all 7 public baths provided as well. We have everything we need with this inn! There’s also a private onsen in the hotel and the host was very helpful and nice about everything. He even went out of his way to send us to & fro the Kinosakionsen station… thank you so much we had fun and enjoyed it! Will definitely stay here again. ＜3

We loved everything about it. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The yukata provided for going to the onsen were great and service overall was lovely.
