真是一個不錯的地方，酒店非常之乾淨，服務員又好禮貌，酒店本身自己有溫泉，但又送多溫泉街的其他溫泉一日券，可以多方面享受，酒店自己有免費汽車泊車區，今次我自己駕駛是大車，但當地是小街道，要小心點，地方好有特色，

就在柳溫泉旁邊的巷子裡，周邊非常方便，旅館雖然比較有年代感，但是設施很齊備，員工服務也很專業

There is no breakfast nor dinner provided by this onsen hotel, and restaurants close a bit early. If you’re looking for an onsen meal, you maybe disappointed if you staying here. Beware if you’re a foodie. The sound insulation is poor, please keep your voice down. Since the first night I arrived was windy and rainy, and the curtain for blocking the sun is made of bamboo, it kept hitting on the window all night long. There is no elevators and the stairs is very steep, be careful if you bringing many luggages. Although the servers do not understand English, they are very friendly and willing to help! Overall, I enjoyed a lot while the staying. Thank you!

宿泊日:1/24-25 利用人數/目的:2人・観光 総合評価: B 良かった點: ・部屋が清潔で、寫真通りだった ・Wi-Fiあり ・チェックインがスムーズだった ・長靴、傘の貸し出しあり ・城崎溫泉巡りができるチケット付きで、部屋には持ち出しに便利な溫泉セットがあった ・建物內に貸し切り風呂もあります 気になった點: ・少し部屋は古い印象 ・夜に別館の外でホテルの従業員の方が大聲で喧嘩しており印象が悪くなった 立地・周辺環境: ・駅から徒歩10分程度。少し歩く印象だが、溫泉街の中心にあるのでどの溫泉にもアクセス○ ホストの対応: ・親切でサービスも良かった ひとこと感想: 値段と立地を考えたら○。また行くなら絶対ここに泊まりたい！というよりは他の旅館もみたいなーという印象。

昔ながらの溫泉街です。 晝間と夜では全く違う風情です。 夜がやっぱりいいです なのでお部屋はキレイではないですが清潔感はあります。朝食は希望者で別途料金です。 內容は品數多くて良かったです。

I stayed there for one night with my friends. The hotel booking included complimentary onsen passes, and the location was within a 5–10 minute walking distance of all the onsens. The only issue was the check-in at 3 PM and check-out at 10 AM, which did not provide enough time to explore all the onsens during a one-night stay. The onsen passes were not valid after the hotel booking ended. Overall, it is a must-visit

The hotel is a bit old, but the staff were wonderful and the location was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay.
