城崎天望苑酒店 (Kinosaki Tenboen)

好的無以復加真的好棒，服務，餐食房間，性價比極高，日式服務無微不至想得到的想不到的它都想到了，會席料理也相當有儀式感，這不是我在日本住過最貴的酒店，但肯定是最滿意的

Останавливались в отеле в октябре 2024 года. Взяли два номера на двоих. Плюсы: 1. Великолепные номера в стиле классического рекана: все очень красивое, аутентичное, масса мелких деталей, записок и подсказок для гостей, интересных безделушек в номере. У нас были кровати, а не футоны, но минусом это никак не назвать - кровати удобнейшие. Вид из номера (3 этаж) - на горы. Чистота идеальная, в номере есть все, что должно быть в номере классического рекана: от татами, до низкого столика для отдыха. 2. Бесподобный ужин кайсеки. Великолепный завтрак сукияки (готовишь себе сам). 3. Красивейшие интерьеры отеля, по нему интересно гулять, изучая его изнутри. Отель красивый снаружи тоже. 4. В номерах можно курить (мы этого не делали, да и номера не прокуренные совершенно). Есть курилка при входе в отель. 5. Чудесный персонал. Все просьбы и жалобы удовлетворяются за минуты. Плохо говорят на английском, но это не беда, общались через переводчик. Ребята классные, веселые. Быстрый чек-ин, куча напоминалок по поводу того, куда и во-сколько приходить / что и как правильно делать. 6. Есть приватный онсен (мы не пользовались). 7. Дают беспланый пропуск в 7 общественных онсенов. Дают скидки на сувениры. 8. Дают отличные юкаты для онсенов, для женщин - дадут красивые, выбор огромный. Нюансы: 1. Единственный минус отеля - удаленность от центра Киносаки (15-20 минут ходьбы по не слишком красивым местам). Но! Есть бесплатный трансфер от отеля до центра города, плюс есть трансфер вокзал-отель-вокзал. Да и ходьба от отеля до центра Киносаки нас особо не напрягала. 2. Это не бизнес-отель, поэтому ни стиралки, ни утюга, ни душа в номере нет. Душ (а по факту - онсен) общий на минус первом этаже - отдельный для мужчин и женщин.

The hotel is located a short distance away from the main Kinosaki Onsen Street up a small hill. Those who are arriving without a car might find it a challenge to lug your luggage up the hill. Was surprised to find the hotel closed when we arrived at 2.40pm with a sign informing they are closed from 10.00am to 3.00pm. So early check-ins are not possible I guess. Parking is free within the hotel compound though lots may be limited though they were not full while we were there. The hotel is very nicely decorated, and shoes are left and stored away before the lobby with slippers provided for us to wear while in the hotel. The staff also cleaned our luggage wheels before carrying them up to our room. Do note there are no elevators in the hotel probably cos they are only 2 storeys high. Oh, and we were very impressed when the staff knew exactly which are our shoes as when we were leaving the hotel our shoes were already neatly placed at the lobby for us. Room was huge with a private toilet with shower facilities located at level 1 together with the in-house Onsens. The balcony offered a view of the little garden with a pond full of giant Kois. Our Kaiseki dinner was pretty okay though we were a tad disappointed there were no crab dishes in the meal. Understand May was not exactly crab season but we had expected some sort of crab dishes considering Kinosaki is sort of a crab town. Breakfast was Sukiyaki and it was quite ok though the place can get a little smoky with the cooking. There is a photo-shoot room at level 1 where we took photos with the decos in our Yukatas. Ladies get to choose from a range of beautiful Yukatas while men just made do with the generic ones provided in the room. And these Yukatas are what we wore to the Onsen town as well. Shuttle Bus is provided to and fro the Onsen town. We just had to inform the staff our preferred time to leave and return. Overall a comfortable stay and the staff were very friendly.
