松屋酒店 (Matsuya)

11月在松屋的兩次晚餐是我們整個日本旅行中最好的。第二頓的松葉蟹宴給了我們那麼多新鮮的大螃蟹，螃蟹腿都準備好了，讓我們過足了螃蟹癮，太滿足了。早餐也非常豐盛。 所有的工作人員都特別nice 樂於幫忙 所求必應。 房間整潔寬敞。 酒店位置在城崎小鎮中心，步行去各個溫泉都方便。我們乘纜車上了山，步行一小時到了日本海邊看風景。去了三家有特色的室外溫泉泡湯。 特別推薦這家。也推薦城崎溫泉。

城崎溫泉火車站出來，沿著溫泉街走，很快可以走到，可能六七分鐘的樣子，邊逛逛街，邊欣賞風景，很不錯。 酒店雖然不大，但是很乾凈，日式風格很濃郁，很喜歡。房間很好，晚餐早餐都在包房使用，懷石料理料理非常漂亮好吃。

レガッタの試合観戦のため訪れました。 とても立地もよく、外湯にも旅館が中間地點に位置してるため、足腰が悪くても満足いきました。 ご飯も美味しく、部屋食ではありませんが同じ階で頂くことができ大変よかったです。 本當に素晴らしい1泊2日を過ごすことができました！！ ありがとうございました。

Отличный пекан в традиционном стиле, понравилось и обслуживание и чистота и удобство расположения и просторная комната. Это был лучший отдых за последнее время! Рядом все общественные онсены, магазинчики, кафе. На ужине и завтраке девушка был очень внимательная, все подробно рассказала, уточняла, сервис выше всяких похвал! С удовольствием вернемся еще и будем рекомендовать.

松屋飯店 訂購一泊二食，很享受，房間很乾淨，服務很好，位置也適中，推薦ㄧ住。 幾個訊息分享: 1.整體: 酒店外觀很古樸，房間內卻很新穎，感覺翻新過，很不錯。 2.免費停車: 由酒店人員代為停車。 3.位置: 位於小鎮中間，離城崎車站需走一段，離城中的溫泉都很近。 4.衛浴: 房間內僅有衛生間，洗浴需到店內的公共溫泉室，溫泉室24小時開放，男女分開。溫泉清澈、適溫 5.溫泉券: 可至鎮上所有公共溫泉使用(好像是7家)，約30-100米就有2家。

對不是日本人完全不友善的酒店 Not foreigner ( Western & Asian) friendly. We travelled around 70 Roykan in the last 3 years and this is the wrost service we ever had. Japanese get to seat and offered juices when they checked in while we have to stand at the front desk and no juice offered. We asked for the yukata rental (free rental) and the young staff just ignore us twice. We asked for sizes a few times then he just said it’s all here. Then when we picking the only two small sizes he grabbed and give it to the Japanese girl and ignore us or never ask us before he took it as he knows we are looking into those. Very rude. Most of ryokan will bring you to the room or assist to bring luggage or already put in the room for you. This one you do everything yourself after check in. When we get into the hotel room it’s hot as no aircon is on. Then air con is broken so we called reception. With their broken English they insisted I don’t know how to turn on the aircon which I told them the air con is broken, after 15mins on the phone showing me how to on I keep telling them to send the staff up as we are so hot in the room as it’s summer and no window open and no fan was on after moving luggage. They came up and fix the air con for 45mins then told us it’s broken and need to change room. The whole hour we were sweating but no offer of water / drinks or anything and we just stand in the room while they fixing. When they decided the room need to be changed, they asked us to wait downstairs but leave the luggage in the room so we thought they will move luggage to the new room but they did not. Staff see us so hot at lobby didn’t tell us there is free drinking machine that we can get ice juices , they just watch us hot and sweat and not saying a word. When the new room is finished, they gave us the new room key and asked us to move the luggage ourself and return the old key. No help at all and wasted 1.5 hours of our onsen time. No apologies as well. I feel like being treated like a trash. Not enjoyable at all. I paid extra for the sea view room which when they change my room they offered a slightly bigger room but my sea view was mostly blocked (in the pic )which I am not so happy. There is amenities corner at the lobby, at night after the onsen we come back and want to take the lotion as early on it was gone and they didn’t replenish, the female staff have a bad attitude and flip her eyes ask us which room we stayed, we showed her the key and she said the cream is already in the room which her broken English. There is one set in the room but those are small one time pack which we finish after we had the onsen so we want to take another one. She was rude and insist we can’t take. Her attitude was so bad seems like we are stealing. There is an amenities cornor, if you not allowing guest to take please do not have this setup. Food is okay with the buffet. Wagyu beef is nice but they is a normal standard for Japanese onsen buffet nothing too special. Overall, with the price paying compare to other roykan in Japan, this hotel have very bad service to non Japanese. There is also nothing special for this onsen. Probably best to try somewhere else.

酒店翻新過，所以門面很新，差點以為找錯地方，房間也很新，但旅館的溫泉池很細，有一個外湯近這旅館，但也要配合時間，因不是每天也開。

地理位置十分，處於中間地帶。還是我喜歡的那個松屋，松屋的設施、衞生、服務一如既往的好，自己的小溫泉24小時的開著，水極其乾淨。吃得好。

Очень понравилось жить в этом рекане! Отличное местоположение, высокий уровень сервиса, очень вкусные ужин и завтрак. Мы были в восторге от общественных онсенов, онсен внутри рекана тоже очень понравился - здорово, что есть возможность зайти утром и погреться перед отъездом.  Особенным плюсом для нас было, что в рекане разрешается проживание для гостей с татуировками. Огромное вам спасибо за ваше гостеприимство! В следующеем нашем путешествии обязательно остановимся здесь снова 🤗

環境超級優越，房間整潔，有二十四小時酒店溫泉，人員非常積極和友善，非常推介，有機會的話會再入住。
