吉原酒店 (Hotel Yoshihara)

東京吉原酒店硬體老舊，裝潢宛如上世紀遺物，牆紙泛黃斑駁，瀰漫著一股難以散去的黴味，性價比極低，完全無法提供舒適住宿體驗，令人大失所望。

太讚了，早餐和晚餐，日式料理。 服務態度很好，距離富山站500米，方便出行。 靠近餐廳的庭院，不時有電車通過，家的感覺。

服務很好，老闆娘是台灣人，幫助我們很多，但房間設施比較老舊，房間比較昏暗，公共泡澡池很小，在自己的房間泡比較好。

建物や水回りは古いですが、部屋の中は綺麗で楽しく過ごさせてもらいました。昭和館あふれる雰囲気は子供も気に入ったようで大はしゃぎでした。

丁寧な対応で助かりました。食事が美味しかったのが印象的でした。

Horror shocking Hotel! Your rating for this hotel was 9.2. Totally ********! 1st Shocked- arrived hotel with empty front desk, lobby was dark as lights were off, smelly carpet! Room was old, smelly & hotel don’t provide bottled water and any amenities! Very rundown exterior and interior! 2nd Shocked- hotel demanded me to make payment in Cash! Not stated on your website. 3rd Shocked- very poor service attitude of front desk staff especially Ms Zhang ( ********* lady). When we asked her simple questions on where are nearby restaurants and places of interest, she said she does not know! When we requested for sending our luggage to our onward hotel in Takayama, she refused to fill in the form for us! She also lied about her male colleague did not give her the information we have given earlier. We brought down our luggage at 9:30 am and gave her all information and she promised to contact the courier company to pick up luggage by noon. When we came back hotel at 3 pm, our luggage were still there ( she left work). Finally we got the help from the old Japanese staff to help and courier company to come & pick up our luggage! The two front desk staff always hiding somewhere! They were never at front desk! Hotel security is not good as anyone can walk in without being monitored! To 訂房網站 - please Don’t mislead your guests by high ratings that not matching the real thing! Also, “pay at property “ does not mean pay in Cash! You should delete this hotel from your website! Don’t make another traveler to pay such high room rate and suffer the poor hotel facilities and services ( or no service). Do your members a favor, please !
