第一晚的房間，感覺很好，有點不想換房間了。但我的訂單，第二晚是四人間（我衹有兩人入住），需要先退房再入住另一間房。在訂房網站和酒店客服用英文溝通，回覆消息很快。但是通知我需要十點退房，下午四點再入住新的房間。白天我們去洞爺湖乘船繞湖一週，湖中有小島，四周都是雪山，特別是羊蹄山景色很美。也去了火山科學館，看了影片解説，詳細介紹了1977年和2000年有珠山兩次火山爆發前後的情景，地表的變化和溫泉的形成（發了耳機有中文講解）。回到酒店已是17:30，打開郵件查看新房間號和開門密碼。開門後讓我震驚了！房間真的很大很大，有一間臥室裡面有兩張1.5米床（圖2照片，我們沒用這個房間），和起居室連在一起的房間，也是兩張1.5米床，房間雖然大，但是很溫暖，一點都不冷，得益於威力強大的加熱器（見最後第2張圖片）。起居室有兩個大窗戶，早上太陽直接射到床上、餐桌上，沐浴著陽光吃早餐，感覺心情也是Sunny 。廚房用具很新，比昨晚的雙床房更齊全，電飯煲、咖啡機都有配。餐桌很長，可供6人用餐。智能馬桶也很溫暖。真想住下來不走了。離開時我還想給酒店三個小建議：1、洗臉盆高度較低，需要彎腰使用，洗臉盆的鏡子很Mini ，而且很高，梳頭時我踮起腳，還有點看不到（見圖8）。2、衞生間是浴缸，浴缸的前面牆上，能否增加花灑的底座？因為我們都習慣洗淋浴（見圖12）。3、全自動洗衣機很不錯，但沒找到洗衣液。我到7-11買的洗衣液（見圖9，11），洗了幾條加絨的褲子。房間溫度高，到早上衣服就全乾了，對還需繼續旅遊十幾天的我們真好。退房時，將門上的牌子翻轉後即可離開。帶上行李，我們步行五分鐘去車站，趕往我們的下一站—函館。再見！

房間內設備齊全，有煲、碗、碟、杯、餐具、爐頭、洗衣機、微波爐、焗爐、餐檯，就像在家一樣煮食但就沒有電梯，需要把行李搬上二樓。也沒有接待服務，店主會在當天將入門密碼發給你，按照提供的方法入屋

本次日本之行比較差的一次體驗，該房源無電梯，樓下一樓還在裝修中，環境雜亂又臟，在介紹中沒有説明存在的問題，還不允許提前退房修改

基本的に清潔で良かったと思います。ただ、チェックインする際のマニュアルが、読みにくいわけではないですが海外サイトのようでした。想定している顧客が海外観光客なら問題ないと思いますが、日本人ならばもう少し変えたほうが良いかもしれません。

This studio apartment was perfect for our needs as we were only visiting Toya Lake for two nights and it had a stove, refrigerator and cookware in the room. It was also very warm and had Netflix and other streaming services included on the Smart TV. Best of all, it was just up a quiet street from the main road with several onsen hotels below and a view of the lake. Very nice!!

It's got a kitchen and a fridge. Wasn't necessary for us since we wanted to eat out. It was spacious and clean. The bathroom gets cold as it's heat by a space heater in the main room. Water heater is good, tankless and reliable. Washing machine is good, but the dryer function is pretty typically for dryers here, gets clothes to be slightly damp. The location is a bit of a jog from the bus station if you're lugging around luggage, But if you take a right immediately upon exiting the parking lot, then the first left, you can take a flatter route than we took when we first got there. There was construction going on during our stay and started at 8am which was annoying, but only bad after I complained via email. All communication is done through email which is slow, but they were responsive.
