Host was unhelpful, I booked from 訂房網站 but he told me they did not get my booking?! I was with my baby under heavy snow condition waiting for more than an hour to contact him for check in. I even asked help from local Japanese to call him directly but no reply at all. It was my worst day ever! More terrible was he claimed that his infrared heater was high-end technology but it was never warm! I have been to other countries their infrared red heater was all working well but not like this! In the end I moved all the tatami bed to living room or we will be cold to death :(
