房間、餐食和服務都非常好。離Bromo火山大概一個小時。清晨出發去火山的時候，酒店貼心準備好了餐盒。

First time staying at Plataran group hotel & resorts and it was a very pleasant experience. From reception process, checking in and everything else, the staffs are very helpful and considerate. We ordered 2 attic rooms for our family, since it is on the same floor we can use the common area living room all to ourselves. We only booked for one night stay, hopefully we can come back for more. Keep up the good work.

Outstanding hospitality from the moment we arrived. Snack, drinks and shoulder massage are provided while we waiting the room to be ready. All the service staff are warm, attentive and consistently professional. The cleanliness and comfort of the facilities truly enhanced our experience. The in house morning walk and resort tour added a thoughtful touch to our stay. Overall, it's truly memorable and stress relieving staycation.

We merely stayed for 1 night and only managed to explore the nursery / outdoor garden - everything was SO PRETTY. Very very hospitable and helpful team - Staff offered to pack breakfast from the breakfast buffet to our room if we couldn't make it back in time after our Mt Bromo tour (we made it back in time but still grateful for the offer). Wide range of meal options aside from breakfast. The only downside is that it's located at the top of the hill I.e extra travelling time. But tbh this place has everything and you can probably chill within the resort for 3 days to recharge away from the city. Star gazing was such a treat. It can get pretty cold at night; Temperature in the day is already ~15-18°C. Highly recommend to book a stay!

Everything about the hotel was absolutely amazing and their service especially made us feel very welcoming and comfortable. The views are incredible and we literally felt like we were living above the clouds, it was an experience like no other.

first of all此酒店無法在grab找到，半夜被grab司機扔在半山腰，打電話給酒店14公里需要付款200人民幣！到了酒店預訂的火山行程付款500人民幣，第二天回酒店吃早餐得時候要求付款200多人民幣的額外費用，並表示不付款此費用將不能走出酒店。因為無法使用grab..50公里路程需要付款700人民幣，並要求在半小時內做出選擇！不然將無法下山！為了爭口氣，既然決定走路下山，衹是可憐了我的孩子。之間收集了相關證據，在我的強硬態度下，酒店怕我在平台做出負面評價，最後妥協退換了200費用和降低了車費。並在WhatsApp上刪除了所有聊天記錄。我想我不是第一個碰到這種事情的人，也不會是最後一個！
