阿魯阿帕爾瑪諾瓦海灣酒店 (Leonardo Royal Hotel Mallorca Palmanova Bay)

一入門口左邊就是床可以接受，但右邊的櫃子放這個位置不是很好，因為空間小，出出入入要好小心，晚上去洗手間更加要注意安全⚠️廳和廚房就不錯👍外面景觀還可以。

Pool water bloody freezing. We went to main hotel pool by the sea , life guard won’t let us stay at the pool although we stay at sister hotel , we bought drinks from the pool bar. Lifeguard was rude to us. We asked to speak to manager , he didn’t dare to call the hotel manager

- Black dots on the curtains, most likely mold due to no ventilation as the AC did not work. - Bathroom was not cleaned properly. Wardrobes and other surfaces were dusty. - Staff at reception and restaurant were not serviceminded, barely smiled and got upset when we asked for extras. - Food was below mediocre, only brittish breakfast was served tp accomodate guests from the UK. No variety at all and no alternatives for protein other than pork. - No parking available + Amazing sea view. + 5 min walking distance to the beach. + Kitchen and supplies in the room, good for cooking light meals. + Supermarkets are within close proximity. I had high hopes based on reviews from other guests however, it did not live up to my expectations at all. Unfortunately, I would not book this hotel again.

Je recommande cet établissement ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'accueil est très agréable et la chambre était impeccable et calme avec vue sur la mer ! Proche de toutes commodités. Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés.

We had a really terrible experience in this hotel. The air conditioner in the hotel did not blow cold wind. We reported this situation to the front desk, but the solution they provided was just letting an engineer to our room and did nothing. Not just the amenities, also the cleanness was a disaster. There are blood on the curtain and stains on the chairs. The only goodness is the view of the hotel.

It was overall a good experience, the only problem was the nights! The window top of the bed didn’t have any proper curtains and because of that the room was too bright. Reception and employees were really kind and helpful. Breakfast was fabulous.

Notre séjour dans cet hôtel a été au-delà de nos espérances. Le personnel a été extrêmement gentil, serviable et toujours disponible. Nous sommes arrivés tardivement et, malgré l’heure, l’équipe nous a permis d’accéder au buffet froid puisque nous avions opté pour la formule demi-pension, une attention très appréciée. Nous avons également rencontré un problème avec la climatisation de notre chambre, mais celui-ci a été pris en charge rapidement et efficacement par le personnel, qui a fait preuve d’une grande réactivité. La chambre était confortable et très bien entretenue. Le ménage était effectué chaque jour avec soin, ce qui a grandement contribué à la qualité de notre séjour. Le buffet est varié, de qualité et renouvelé quotidiennement, permettant de découvrir de nouveaux plats tout au long du séjour. La piscine est également très propre et bien entretenue. Nous avons également bénéficié d’un départ tardif. Avant de prendre notre avion, l’hôtel a eu la gentillesse de mettre la bagagerie et une douche à notre disposition, un service très appréciable qui nous a permis de voyager dans de bonnes conditions. Notre seul petit regret concerne l’absence de transats sur la terrasse du logement. Nous avons aussi constaté que certains vacanciers réservaient les transats au bord de la piscine en y laissant leurs serviettes alors qu’ils étaient absents pendant de longues périodes. Toutefois, cela relève davantage du comportement de certains clients que de la responsabilité de l’hôtel. Nous recommandons cet établissement sans hésitation et y reviendrions avec grand plaisir.
