Big problems at check in but this was actually 訂房網站.coms faulty for not confirming booking with hotel. 訂房網站 happy to take my money first had to complaint against 訂房網站.com the compensated me but with a fight. Location good you get breakfast included don't expect anything special. Like no round eggs. Torquay is quite expensive so alcohol and drinks prices at the hotel high. You can walk to marina in 5 minutes. No car parking so if you want parking be prepared to walk

Amazing stay at Hampton Hilton Torquay.Great location for town centre shops and bars.The hotel itself was very modern and well equipped with facilities.The room was comfortable and nicely furnished.Will definitely recommend to others.The breakfast was very good,with lots of quality food and drinks.

Checking in could have been quicker if staff were able to get guests' details from their systems, rather than guests having to hand write them, however having two receptionists helped matters. The facilities really put the likes of Premier Inn to shame which generally charges the same or more with breakfast not included. The food was enjoyable but would benefit from clear allergen information and more plant-based options

Poor hotel, hard solid bed it was like sleeping on the floor, feather pillows and duvet, most hotels now take allergies into consideration, not this one. Breakfast was basic and cold. Curtains in room were just about hanging on.

Fantastic hotel totally loved it. One major gripe which the Hampton can’t help is that the lights from the premier inn are so bright and on all night. We like to have our curtains open but couldn’t!! Nightmare

Booked an accessible room as it was all that was left but was very happy in the end as had a lovely view over the harbour without having to pay extra for a view room. Nice bed, breakfast and good night sleep.
