加拿大電視塔·大都會公寓 (Metropolis Loft - CN Tower)

來多倫多開會，提前幾天訂了這個公寓，價格不算便宜還沒有早飯，報著就近原則入住的，本來沒有什麼期待，進房間之後還是覺得性價比超高，在44層，有陽台的最高層，陽台上方就是天空，景色完美，就是感覺安全性稍差一點，完全是開放式的。

今次入住整體體驗非常好，係會想再住嘅一間 👍 優點： * 房間質素非常好，乾淨又舒適，住得好放鬆 * 停車場方便，對自駕人士好友善 * 地點位於市中心，出入同周邊配套都好方便 * 前台職員態度熱心，感覺到用心服務 需要留意： * 前台處理速度稍慢，check-in / check-out 可能要預留多啲時間 ⏳ 總結： 整體感覺非常好，設施同位置都加分，如果唔介意前台節奏稍慢，會係一個幾理想嘅住宿選擇。

公寓位置優越，交通便捷；出入口和電梯均需刷卡進入，安全性高；廚衞用品齊全，做飯洗衣方便，入住如同居家。

設施：十分齊全，所有設備都齊全 衞生：超級乾淨 環境：位置便捷，周圍很方便，開窗便可看到CN Tower，樓下有24hrs便利店。 服務：酒店人員超nice，溝通很順暢，問題都速度得到解決。

地理位置相當好！

갑자기 숙소를 갔음에도 불구하고 괜찮은 숙소였다. 위치도 좋았고 객실 내 시설들도 다 좋았다. Cn타워도 객실.안에서 보였다.

Stayed at Metropolis Loft (CN Tower area) from June 1–4, 2026. Pros: 1. Excellent location, within walking distance of the CN Tower, waterfront, Toronto Islands ferry terminal, restaurants, clubs, and public transportation. 2. Quiet apartment with a beautiful CN Tower view from the windows. 3. Comfortable stay overall and easy access to major attractions. Cons: 1. No clear check-in instructions were provided before arrival. I had to call the owner to find out that check-in was at the office located at 300 Front Street West. 2. The unit number was not provided after booking, and the front desk could not assist because they did not have the information. I had to contact the owner again to obtain the unit details. 3. A security deposit was requested through a separate link only after arrival, although this requirement was not clearly communicated during the booking process. 4. I arrived about an hour before check-in and was informed that early access would cost an additional $39 per hour. 5. Although the room was clean, the sofa cushions, pillows, and some kitchen plates were in poor condition and should have been replaced before guest arrival. 6. No bathroom slippers were provided, toiletries were very basic, and the same liquid soap appeared to be used for both bathing and dishwashing. 7. New cushions and plates were provided the next day after I reported the issues. While I appreciate the response, guests should not have to identify and report such basic problems. 8. There is no luggage storage facility available after checkout, which can be inconvenient for guests with later flights. 9. Several services seemed to involve additional charges while some basic hospitality standards were missing. Overall, the location is the biggest advantage of this property and the CN Tower view is impressive. However, the check-in process, communication, apartment maintenance, and guest services need improvement to provide a smoother and more professional experience. My advice to the owner is to improve communication, provide complete check-in information before arrival, maintain the apartment to a higher standard, and focus on preventing issues before guests arrive rather than addressing them after complaints.

The parking, although costing, could not have been more convenient. The location was also outstanding, being so close to the CN-Tower and many restaurants. The unit was great and I'm so glad i requested an upper floor with a balcony as the weather was nice and we sat out there many times, day and night. So nice having two bathrooms and the extra bedroom for extra space. Very well appointed as well. I left to go to the hockey game and realized I had left my key in the room and I was freaked as I didn't know how I'd get back in, as the rental company is not onsite. I got in touch with them and they reminded me that it must be unlocked as the key is need to lock the door from the exterior. Stupid me didn't remember that so disaster averted, although the unit was unlocked. The concierge did go up to make sure it was indeed unlocked and untouched to their eyes. Overall, would love to come back and stay there again, totally satisfied. Thanks again for your assistance with the key debacle..MSP

Emplacement parfait pour qq jours, Loft PH18, Vue citadine et sur l'eau Commodités complètes dans ce loft. Dépanneur, laboratoire, restos tous genres, à proximité. Attraits touristiques a qq pas, et harbourfront tout près. Beaucoup d'échanges virtuels pour compléter réservation, faut surveiller et donner suite aux nombreux messages mais une fois complétées, les infos très bien expliquées dans notre portail personnel.

There was a bug in the bed not enough towels and the picture was nothing like the description. It also was not in the CN tower like they portray it and the directions to get into the place were awful not easy at all. The hotel offered nothing with the bug in the bed even after reaching out to them. They then tried to say the issue was resolved when it wasn’t.
