My boyfriend was lived there ten years ago when he was a student, and he was surprised that pretty much everything was remained the same! - couple of elevators were not working, air conditioners are noisy, breakfast options ! Haha Our room’s toilet overflowed 1am, but flont desk provided us new room quickly!

This place has great value, is in a great location, and has very friendly staff. All very surprising given that it's affiliated with U of T! The breakfast is good quality, and everything runs smoothly (even if the rooms are a bit basic -- no TV, etc).

設施：比較陳舊，房間內衣架也沒有。 衞生：床上有頭髮，毛巾已成灰色，上面有褐色汙跡，椅子💺上有塵土。最後衹敢和衣而眠。 環境：值得推薦的就是位於市中心，距離附近景點都很近，步行就OK，很方便。 服務：沒有服務

The room is tidy and everything looks nice to me. Honestly, I chose it not only because the location is perfect, but also because it is the university residence used to host guests during the long spring/summer break.

各方面都非常一般。基本是典型北美大學的第一年雙人宿舍的配置。兩張床，兩個帶書桌的組合櫃。沒有冰箱、保險櫃、熨斗、吹風機等酒店的基本配套。碰是多倫多颳大風，窗戶哐哐做響。牆上的電源插座非常不容易發現，看上去像是佈線的木條上的黑色膠布。 大概這個價格在畢業季的多倫多就是這個檔次。但酒店位置很好，步行兩分鐘可以到市政府廣場。

Great location within 25 minutes walk to major city landmark and tourism spots , shopping malls and central station, and close to underground train stations. Large communal space with washrooms, drinking water, study desks and electric charge plugs and aircon. Overall experience very good.

Great location, helpful and nice staff, comfortable bed, amazing shower pressure and great breakfast buffet. If you don't like carpets or are sensible/have allergies, you might suffer a little, but besides that, no complaints.

位置非常好，市中心離市政府和Eaton都是步行3，5分鐘，很方便。酒店很老舊了，住了快一週沒有客房服務。早餐尚可，比較單調但能吃飽。

I booked this hotel so that my daughter can experience how it’s like to live on a university campus. Well, I regret it right away. It was just an old hotel with outdated decor. First of all, the room we stayed had a horrible mold smell. We stayed one night and my daughter had allergic reactions. (Room 2621) On the second night we were moved to another room. This room definitely had a better air quality. But, there was no hair dryer. (Room 1428) I also used a laundry room on the basement (c level). You must buy a card with minimum of 10 dollars, but as three driers failed to dry my clothes, I wasted so much money and time. These laundry machines and dryers are not maintained well at all. Beware and try not to do laundry there. All and all, I do not recommend this hotel. But, I appreciate the front desk lady, Ms, Marina for taking care of our needs when we were desperate. Thank you!
