伍德拜恩酒店&套房 (Woodbine Hotel & Suites)

酒店位置非常好，離機場開車6分鐘，Uber的話13塊錢。 房間不小，床上用品一般，衞浴用品也很一般，不過每天提供兩瓶瓶裝水，在加拿大三星裡面來説算是很好了。 早餐不錯，豐富程度達到4星級水平，有華夫餅和新鮮水果。不過雞蛋香腸和培根看廚師心情，有的煎糊了

沒有宗教歧視，但是這個是穆斯林酒店，吃喝不方便

I had a bad experience staying in Woodbine Hotel. I had my reservations and called them several times few weeks ago before my arrival date to confirm my booking and the front desk confirmed my reservations. When I get there And check in the room, again I double check my reservation for 2 nights and requested for the same room as I have my early tour the next day for the entire day and front desk was informed about it. However, when I came back at night from my long day tour, I approached the front desk to get my key and she asked my name to verify and hand over to me the key with the same room number from the first night. I decided to have a dinner first then, after few more hours, I came back to enter my room but key wasn’t working and again I asked the front desk to double check my key and this time, I spoke to a guy in the front desk, I told him I couldn’t be able to enter the room, so he checked and reprogram my key.When I’m about to enter my room only to find out that there’s another guest occupying the room. It was a DOUBLE-CHECK IN. I proceeded to the front desk immediately, and I was really upset and tired from a long 訂房網站 but he was just telling me it was a MISTAKE. It was 1am and a long tiring day for me so, I didn’t want to argue and didn’t get my room accommodation anymore but requested the manager to call me and email me whenever he comes the next day.Unfortunately, after 3 days until now, I haven’t receive any calls or email from the manager and no action taken. I keep calling the property but still the manager wasn’t around yet, It seems they don’t take the complaint seriously….

Chambre très petite avec chaise de bureau beaucoup trop grosse qui empêche de circuler de façon fluide dans la chambre. Déjeuner n’était pas bon. Chambre qui sentait l’humidité (impossible d’ouvrir la fenêtre) Salle de bain malpropre (plancher souillé dans la douche et rouille dans le lavabo) Douche peu conviviale (manque d’espace, eau s’accumule sur le plancher) Lumière défectueuse près du lit Mouche à fruits dans la chambre Bruit dans l’hôtel jusqu’à très tard vendredi soir du à la réception d’un mariage La carte s’est démagnétisée dans la journée et à notre arrivée vendredi soir, personne n’était présent au front desk pendant + de 15 minutes pour répondre à notre demande. Déçu de la qualité, on ne recommande pas cet endroit.

Very close to Pearson Airport. Good for short business stays. Not much amenities around.

Everything was wonderful

The reception was very helpful to wait for my check in even I could come to the hotel in the mid night. She can also provide helping hand for allowing me to leave the luggage there for a couple of hours after checked out.

We arrived two hours before check in time, waited only a few minutes to check in,it's very nice.And the room is clean too.
