房間還好吧，不算很大，但是酒店位置很好，酒店樓下就是去湖心島的渡口。酒店代停車費是60加元+稅，可以停到第二天的下午兩點鐘，房間也因此到下午一點退房。早餐還豐富。也可以提供嬰兒車。

The hotel is ideally situated of the front of the lake with the ferries to the islands just outside. An underground stop is just across the road with links to Union station and elsewhere. There are also a selection of buses that pass and a hop on hop off stop is about 10 mins walk. You can walk most places in central Toronto from hotel if you wish and are happy walking. You can choose which street suits you best on your walk and change route for variation as only a block apart and will all get you to central Toronto. You are maybe about 15 mins from the Blue Jays and CN tower so hotel is in a great location. Billy Bishop airport is about a 20 min walk and would be convenient if you can get flights to or from there to your destination. The communal areas in the hotel look very nice, as is the entrance if being dropped off by car. However there is work going on around the outside of the hotel and if walking to and from the hotel it isn’t so pleasant on the eye. My bedroom was spacious but felt dated and would be nice to see a more updated look. However the view onto the lake more than made up for that minor irritation. The staff were all great and helpful when asked. There was various things going on from regular activities in the leisure area to free ice cream and wine ( not together unfortunately ) and music in the afternoon. The leisure facilities were great with a pool, sauna, steam room and gym as well as an outside area (5th floor) for sitting outside while the kids could play. There was a tennis court and a basket ball hoop. There was also an oppertunity to use cycles and go for a run possibly with a guide. We didn’t eat at the hotel so couldn’t comment but the did have a restaurant on the top of there south tower that would give great views. We did grab a coffee and snack from across the street and would enjoy sitting on the benches just along from the hotel looking into the lake in the morning. All in all one of the older hotels ( I think) in a great location with great views and facilities which met our needs.

酒店位置非常好，樓下就是湖邊廣場，風景優美，離聯閤中心車站步行十幾分鍾。房間很乾凈，早餐也很滿意，就是電梯很慢，很慢，沒考慮電梯時間，以至於誤了預訂的車。

電梯容量不足以滿足客人需求，前台的一箇中國小姐姐服務意識非常高，幫我解決了急用電梯的問題，老的五星級酒店，WiFi需要收費獲得，設施有點舊，晚上九點到達，停車場就滿了，停到附近收費停車場，12小時30刀，前台沒有提示是否能報銷，這點非常不合理，生存不易！五分！

服務很好。預訂四人房，只有提供2份早餐的房型；實際check-in時，本欲加買2人早餐，卻被告知可以提供4份早餐。地點也很讚，旁邊走路就可以去搭船到多倫多島。

酒店離附近吃喝很多，入住前兩天下了很大的雪，附近的lawrence market吃的很多。離電視塔也很近，出行很方便，順便還看了一場NBA（猛龍Vs 太陽）

硬件老化，衞生不佳，客房電話、桌面物品滿是灰塵，旁邊鄰居房間門口的點餐剩飯餐盤在樓道里放了近兩天，竟無人收走。尤其是前台服務極差。傲慢而低效。房間定的是大床，入住時變成了雙床，稱無房。房間窗外被建築物遮擋，與預訂圖片效果差異較大。要求換房，店方口頭答應，卻效率極低。遲遲無果，每次溝通都要重複上一次的申訴理由，可迴應結果都不一樣。這裡需要特別表揚訂房網站客服，積極溝通酒店方，最終換了一間窗戶不被遮擋的房間。通過此證明酒店服務管理體系的混亂，與人員素質與效率的低下。這家酒店絕不會再來。

湖景房，正對安大略湖多倫多島，景觀好，看渡船來來去去、觀飛機起起落落早餐不錯糟點1.如不開車的話，到前台需走台階或長坡道，提行李不方便。糟點2.窗玻璃臟到不忍直視（外側），窗外美景衹能遠觀。糟點3.約三十多層的酒店，有時衹有1部電梯運行，上樓需排隊等很久。

位置優越，無敵湖景，房間衞生乾淨，服務態度很好。酒店配有自行車，環湖騎行體驗非常棒。早餐較豐盛。泳池不大，沒拉泳道，遊不了泳，水質有待改善。
