Honestly, one of the worst experiences in a hotel I could have ever imagined. The check in process was less than welcoming. Our room keys were deactivating all night. But the nastiest part of The Town Inn Suites was the cleanliness of the room.
I don’t even know where to begin… there was hair all over the walls and ceiling in the bathroom, blood and toothpaste dried and caked to the wall, adjacent to the hairdryer. There was faecal matter encrusted in one of the “clean” hand towels. The mirrors and windows were filthy and in bad need of some Windex.
I addressed my concerns only upon checkout, as I was informed by hotel staff I had booked the last available King Suite, and therefore would not be able to switch rooms (or so I was under the assumption of).
Truly, hands down, an unforgettable experience!

The hotel didn’t recognize my booking and was told that my booking is canceled at 11pm upon check in. Was very frustrated to hear such nonsense after arriving from a late night arriving flight. The issue got resolved a day after.
