位置優越bl，公交卡地鐵都很方便去皮爾遜機場還有直接大巴半小時，附近超市商場極為方便快捷，適合沒開車的人！房間大，採光好，但是通風有待提高，有時是地下層

交通方便離地鐵站步行大約5到10分鐘。社區環境很好。房間內也乾淨。屋主的4個小孩也乖不太吵。如果把入室換鞋處在收拾和整理一下，我相信會更好。

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a great stay! The private room with its own bathroom on the second floor was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was spotless and had everything we needed — towels, soap, and shampoo. There’s also a large, well-equipped kitchen for guests in the basement, which was very convenient. The neighborhood is quiet, clean, and located close to a subway station, shops, bus stops, and many nice places to eat. We definitely recommend this place!

Would not recommend, there was an ant infestation in my room and some were even on the beddings. It’s close to a subway location. Sound proof was so bad, and you can hear what others are doing in the other room.

The place was clean and nice. One might complain about excessive noise from the kids (I think the owner lives downstairs?) but personally it didn't bother me. My only issue was absence of a proper door lock - you can lock your room from the inside but when you're away the door remains unlocked and anyone can walk in without your knowledge.

We called the day before to check in, as per the instructions, and still weren't given any check in information until after the allowed check in time. The room itself was not the Cleanest, the shower was clogged and the table was dirty when we wiped it clean for a water spot. We did make note of it with the owner, who said it would be fixed the Saturday and it was not. The owners children liked to start their day very early, close to 4am, playing on the lovely spiral stair case, With someone calling at them to not be hollering on the stairs.. There is also no locks on the door to the room, so we had to lock valuables in our vehicle. The kitchen is also not what is listed in the pictures. The kitchen for guests to use is in the basement. We did not need it, so the only thing we can comment on is the fact its is not the one shown in the pictures. It is in a great location if your looking for something close to Sheppard and Yonge.

Nice spacious house - a private room to myself, simple house rules, shared bathroom and kichen space. The water system was a little load at night, but that's from other guests showering at night - not the host's fault. The bed was comfory and warobe and draws were nice and spacious! The hots herself was lovely and gave me everything I needed to know.
