地點十分方便，近CN tower 同市中心，行15分鐘就有union station, 搭火車及機場快線都得。

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. Check-in was delayed by nearly four hours, and communication with the hotel staff was highly inefficient. No prior notification was provided before the normal check-in time, which disrupted my travel plans. The hotel showed no proactive effort to resolve the issue or communicate effectively. The service was truly unacceptable. Even after check-out, there was no follow-up action. Instead, the responsibility for seeking compensation was shifted to me, requiring me to negotiate through a third-party platform. This reflects a severe lack of professionalism and human consideration, which is the last thing any traveler wants when visiting a new city.

優點：酒店位置不錯走到多倫多電視塔和羅傑斯中心五分鐘以內。房間空間還是比較大，住兩大兩小問題不大，可以自己買些東西來烹飪設備齊全，樓下就有一家星巴克很方便，一個街角就有個不小的24小時超市。走到主要景點差不多都在二十分鐘左右。缺點：全自助入住，無人打掃。浴巾都要自己洗，垃圾自己倒。總體來説值得入住

Location was perfect. Some little quirks in the room, and  front desk not very pleasant or helpful.

I would give 2 star: one for location and second for swimming pool view. Front desk absolutely unprofessional. Showed them booking confirmation, they gave me a room key. That’s it. No information, no explanation, nothing. And also they gave a room from another building which is different address that I booked.  I booked via 訂房網站.com Modern Bright 1Br Suite | City Views. But I got tiny studio, NOT 1 bedroom suite. If you put L-shape sliding doors around your bed, the studio won’t become 1bedroom. That’s the scam! I payed for one bedroom suite and got a tiny studio WiFi didn’t work at all. Unplugged and plugged it back in. Restart router. Nothing worked. Contacted costumer service and they said will send representative on the date of check out day))  There is no mirror in the room. Understand, there’s no space) Just one hanger in bathroom for 4 towels and your clothes The shelves for toiletries are broken and all of them located on the floor.  Check in and out times are very strict and they charge you for late check out $50 for every 30 mins))) early check in is also available for $40.  That’s their policy! Never had such an experience before. I’ve been visiting 18 countries btw)

This serviced apartment is very bad. It was a super hot day in Toronto, but the air conditioner in the room did not work. I reported this to the manager via email multiple times, and though he indicated he would escalate the issue to get it resolved, it never was by the time I checked out the next day. Imagine such a hot day without AC in the room. On top of that, the stove did not work either, and it is not even intuitive how to make it work. You will be paying the price of a high-end service apartment but getting a very lousy, broken place. This is a blacklisted hotel that I would never want to stay in again. I highly recommend that you do not book this place.
