I don't recommend this hotel to anyone because I classify it as only one star. Despite that, the employee Roula is very bad, her treatment and exploitation, extended my reservation. She said that she must change the room, I agreed, and this was at 10 am. She said your bags were here, and the check in at 3 o'clock. I said, "Why is this, give me the room from now She said. No, and after an argument, she said staying in your room with an increase of 45, I agreed, and I said why don't you say this from the beginning? The day after that, I refused to send someone to open the car garage to get my car out She refused to take the bags out of the room under the pretext that there were no workers And by coincidence, a good man named Michael asked him who you were, he said iam manager. Michael is a good man and he helped me, thank you

El hotel no está muy bien ubicado, no tiene estacionamiento propio y es muy difícil estacionarse cerca. El hotel esta bonito y tiene todo lo necesario para un estancia agradable pero si es muy complicado estacionarse cerca. The hotel is not very well located, it does not have its own parking lot and it is very difficult to park nearby. The hotel is beautiful and has everything you need for a pleasant stay but it is very difficult to park nearby.
