飯店的公社令人印象深刻，不僅有基本的社交區域，甚至還有廚房以及咖啡區，讓旅客在忙碌了一整天之後 有一個可以休息放鬆的地方

My stay here was pretty good. I particularly liked the self check-in and check-out options, the kitchen, common area and free laundry available to guests. The room is very small, but comfortable enough for a short stay. The position is also good, walking distance from public transportation, and possibly even Shibuya and the university campus.

위치는 진짜 최고에요 이동이 너무 간편합니다 그리고 호텔이라고 생각하고 오시면 약간 다름... 각방쓰는 게스트하우스..느낌도 살짝 샤워실 좋긴한데 수건걸이없어서 대략난감 아 방음너무안돼요ㅠ

전반적으로 괜찮았습니다. 방 크기는 작은 편이기는 하였지만, 위치가 좋은 편이고 가격이 저렴한 편임을 고려하면 괜찮다고 생각합니다. 다만 방음이 잘 안 되는 편이라 다른 방의 소리가 잘 들리고, 문 닫는 소리가 큰 편이라 잘 때는 숙소에서 제공하는 이어플러그를 사용하고 자는 편이 좋습니다.

Overall it was my second time visiting (previous time was a year and a half ago) and I found deteriorated conditions. • room: essential but comfortable, my ac was incredibly dirty and I had asthma the first 2 nights until I noticed and cleaned up myself • amenities: laundry, lockers, kitchen cozy lounge area and filtered water available and in good condition except for laundry that needs better rules of usage (e.g. no one cleaned after use when I was there) and maintenance . • location: next to a nice quiet river with small cafè and shops, 15 min walking from Shibuja but not the same crowd and touristic vibes • staff: cleaning personnel is kind when they meet you on the corridor, reception is essential and not very welcoming. For anything else it is handled digitally from someone that does not show real interest a part from kind sentences. • noise level: streets around are quiet and between rooms the wall is very thin. Last night I could not sleep because of people being noisy on the corridor and rooms but there is no night staff to deal with those issues my background: I travel 320 days a year since 8 years staying in all range of accomodation from hostel to 5star. I am sensitive to dust smoke and noise and I just review objectively what I see with no judgement

저는 여행을 하면서 일도 해야했는데 방에서는 일하기 어렵지만 4층에 카페같은 넓고 조용한 공간이 있어 편안하게 일을 할 수 있었습니다. 주방에서 조리도 가능하도 아주 청결했어요

clean and nice！

まわりにいい店も多いし駅からも近く、最低限だけど行き屆いたホテルです。 1階のカフェは朝から開いてます。無料のキッチン・洗濯機もあるので長期滯在もOK。 私の部屋だけかもですが、窓が風？でたまにガタガタなっていたのが、気になる人は気になるかも？ まあ(內裝は綺麗でおしゃれですが)建物自體古そうなので、そのへん理解できる人におすすめ。

とても快適でした。チェックインの時間を過ぎそうになりお電話もらってチェックイン方法を丁寧に教えて頂き安心して自動チェックイン出來ました。ラウンジも使用出來とても快適でまた泊まりたいと感じました。
